The nerd's bad boy

CHAPTER 1

It was another typical day at West front high. Worlds most stupidest highschool. I am currently sitting down on my favorite spot right under the big cherry tree enjoying my book when i suddenly hear a voice. Very annoying may I add.

"Maggie! You won't believe what happened!," Alexa said.

Behind her were Cody and Jack Wilson, the twins. They have always been there for me along with Alexa.
Cody has curly black hair and green eyes with very long eyelashes. He has a well defined jawline and very nice full lips. Jack has black curly hair and light blue eyes with long eyelashes. His jaw is also well defined and his lips are also full. Every girl falls for them. Every girl except for Alexa and I . I mean, when you've seen them fart in front of your face it's not so hot. Even after finishing a whole bottle of febreeze the smell still doesn't go away.

Alexa has short brunette hair and is  curvy in all the right places. She has the face of an angel. All angles in the right places, and beautiful chocolate eyes that look gold in the sun. I'm grateful to have them as friends.

"What is it?" I asked.

" Ashton and Olivia broke up!" she said.

"And I care why?"I said.

"Oh common we all know you've been crushing on Ashton since the 6th grade Maggie," she said.

I blushed. It is true. Ashton is the hottest guy in school. Being his girlfriend has always been my one silly dream. I know it will never happen because I'm a nerd. But still it doesn't hurt to dream. It turned out it does. I found out he was 'dating' Olivia Jamieson, captain of the cheer leading team and queen bee of the school. Also known as my bully. Just because I wear glasses, love to read, get straight a's and dress with my usual graphic tees, tights and ratty converse doesn't mean you have the right to bully me.

But still, Ashton and I will never be together. I mean , i'm a nerd he will never look at me. He has beautiful black hair and blue grey eyes. His body is amazingly fit and sexy with his perfect jawline and full rosy lips.
He's your typical bad boy. Riding motorcycles, playing with girls and what not. Then there's Olivia. The only girl he plays with for longer than a day. It was a surprise to everyone that they had been "playing" around for a month already. It really disappointed me. They were never dating but it looked like it. So that's why Alexa referred to it as 'they broke up'.

" Yeah but it's not like he's gonna notice me Alexa,"I sighed.

" You never know," she said with a shrug.

I gave her my ' are you serious ' look  and she just smiled at me. I got up and packed my things, shouldering my backpack.

"Lets go, don't wanna be late to class,I said right when the bell rang.

"It's creepy how she knows exactly when the bell's gonna ring," Cody told jack.

"I know dude," Jack said. "Think she's using her nerd powers?"

They both snickered at that.

"No dummy ," I said. " I just checked the time."

" Sure Maggie, whatever you say," Jack said.
