The nerd's bad boy

CHAPTER 2

Mr. Smith , our Ap history teacher, was boring me to death. Yes I'm a nerd  and he still managed to bore me. Surprising isn't it? Not really. All he does is blabber about dead people and expect you to learn.

Thankfully, the bell ringed right there and then signaling the end of class. As I walked out ,trying to put my books inside my bag because my locker was too far away and I couldn't afford to be late to class again, I bumped into someone. There go my books, was the second thought I had right after saying," Oh gosh , i'm so sor-"

"Watch where you're fucking going will you," Ashton sneered.

"Wow, rude much," I muttered cringing at the bad word. I'm a holy child, I don't say bad words. It was then I realized what I said and put my hands over my mouth, my eyes widening.

He just smiled and said," Feisty aren't we?"

" No, you just caught me at the wrong time,"I said rolling my eyes.

Now, you must be thinking, you're a nerd and he's the bad boy. How could you possibly roll your eyes at him while talking back to him. Well, here's my answer: I am annoyed. He bumped into me! Me! And dropped the books I was taking my time to put inside my backpack. Also he had his phone in his hands. So that puts all the blame to him. He doesn't have to know it was me.

"Well then sweetheart, watch where you're going next time," he said.

" One, i'm not your sweetheart, and two, you bumped into me," I said." You were so focused on your phone, you didn't even notice I was there."

"You think I don't know it was you who bumped into me? I saw you trying to put those books into your backpack. You do realize we have lockers right?" he said.

Okay so he did notice.

" I do know we have lockers Ashton, you don't have to talk to me like i'm stupid, you know?"

" I know, but I wanted to," he said.

I just glared at him and bended down to pick up my books. Suddenly,  he kicked them away from me.

"What is wrong with yo-"

"See you later Maggie," he said, yet again not letting me finish my sentence.

I am about to die. The pain,oh the pain! If the bell doesn't ring now, I will die of hunger.

"...And the Y gets substituted by the numb-"

Yes! Finally the bell has rung! I quickly gather my things and walk to the cafeteria.

"Yo Maggie! wait up!" I knew right away it was Jack and Cody.. You can't find one without the other.

" Hurry up then, i'm hungry!" I practically whined.

" Don't worry girlfriend, were here,"Cody said.

"Hey where's Alexa?" I asked."Wait never mind I found her."

She was waiting for us at the cafeteria door,looking annoyed.

"Whats up with you?" Jack asked her.

"I failed my English test. I studied so hard for nothing. Stupid red head teacher, I swear she doesn't like me," she said.

"Wait, we have an English test?" Cody asked, always the stupid one.

"Yes you dumb butt, what do you think she said," I told him.

As we grabbed our plates, I noticed Ashton sitting at a table. He never eats in the cafeteria. Specially not with the jocks. He hates them.

"Uh you guys, is it me or is that Ashton," I said.
