Stephen flew to meet Dormammu. Around him were orbs that looked like planets. He landed and opened the Eye of Agamoto.

Behind him appeared Dormammu himself. He appeared to be a cosmic-like being, whose only recognizable shape was a head. His purple eyes stared Stephen down.
Stephen flew down closer to Dormammu, "Dormammu! I've come to bargain!"
"You've come to die." Dormammu's Voice echoed, "Your world is now my world, like all worlds."

Dormammu fired at Stephen and he blocked the blasts with his shield. A purple blast that came from Dormammu's mouth ultimately killed Stephen, but he came back again, reversing the timeline.
"Dormammu! I've come to bargain!" Stephen flew back down.
"You've come to die. Your world is now my...what is this?" Dormammu questioned, "Illusion?"
"No, this is real." Stephen answered.
"Good." Dormammu made two large objects go through Stephen's chest.

Again, Stephen appeared, "Dormammu! I've come to bargain."
"You...what is happening?"
"Just as you gave Kaecillius powers from your dimension, I brought a little power from mine." Stephen explained, "This is time. Endless, looped time."
