Bailey, Amelia and Chris Webber hurried down to the ER after receiving a 911 page from Kepner neither of them knew what it was about though so when they got there Owen stopped them from entering the room.
Owen: Before you go in there I have to warn you it looks like she has been raped and brutally attacked.
Amelia: Owen why are you earning us we have all seen rape victims before
Bailey: Yeah and no offence but why is Richard here
Owen: Richard is here because the victim is... Meredith and I need him to tell Maggie and Alex
Amelia: Does Derek know
Owen: He was the one who found her
Then Owen turned around and they all headed into the room to find Derek sat on the hospital bed with Meredith on his lap holding on to his shirt as she sobbed into his shirt.
Bailey walked towards Meredith and put her hand on Merediths then Meredith began to panic.
Meredith: NO DONT TOUCH ME
Derek: Meredith it's Bailey she won't hurt you
Meredith: Derek I don't want to be touched by anyone apart from you don't let them touch me please
Derek pulled her closer to his chest
Derek: It's ok I go you. I got you
An hour later Meredith had fallen asleep listening to dereks heart beat.
Bailey: Derek we need to examine her and check her injuries you can stay there but she could have a brain bleed so we need a ct scan
Derek: Ok but I'm not leaving and you can take her to ct but I'm going to sort out her injuries no one else touches her accept me
Amelia and Bailey nodded and left Derek to attended to Meredith.
When Amelia and Bailey left the exam room Alex, Maggie and Richard went running up to them.
Alex: What's going on is Meredith ok can I go in and see her
Bailey: Alex no she is only just being examined. By Derek.
Richard looked at Bailey in shock.
Richard: What do you mean being examined by Derek you know the rules family is not allowed to treat family
Bailey: I know Richard but I touched her hand and she completely panicked then said that she doesn't want anyone to touch her except Derek so what else was I suppose to do sedate her
Maggie: Was she you know um... assaulted
Bailey: It looks that way derek said he found her by her car in the hospital car park naked but I'm not 100% sure but she agreed to do a rape kit but she will only let Derek do it so for now we just wait
