Derek slowly and gently lifted the hospital gown off and sat her on the shower floor he then turned on the shower.
Derek: Meredith I'm just going to clean you ok
Meredith was looking away from Derek and just nodded as tears fell from her face disguises as water from the shower .
When Meredith was finished in the shower Derek got a towel and wrapped it around her he then lifted her up into his arms and carried her back to her room where he asked Maggie to go back to there house and get her one of his jumpers and a pair of jogging bottoms. When Derek and Meredith got into the room Derek sat Meredith on the bed then helped her get dressed.
When Meredith was dressed Derek climbed onto the bed and sat behind her and let her lie on his chest as her ran his fingers through her hair until she had fallen asleep.
An hour after Meredith has fallen asleep there was a very quiet knock at the door
Derek *whispering* Come in
Amelia slowly opened the door
Amelia: How is she doing
Derek shook his head
Then Derek feels Meredith moving about a lot and hears her talking
Meredith: Finn stop please no please
then it started getting turning to a shout
Meredith: FINN STOP NO STOP NOOOOOO
Then Meredith shoots up screaming
Derek: Meredith it's Derek your safe I'm here it's ok I got you
Then Meredith hugs into his chest and begins to sob
An hour later Meredith calms down.
Meredith: Derek
Derek: Yes mer
Meredith: I'm sorry
Derek: Why are you sorry
Meredith: It's all my fault I didn't let you go with me in the car then I didn't fight hard enough to get away from Finn I should of fought harder I'm sorry
Derek: Meredith look at me
Meredith looks at Derek tears in her eyes
Derek: This is not your fault it's not anyone's fault apart from Finn ok
Meredith slowly nodded
Meredith: Derek I want to go home
Derek: Ok let's go home I will get the discharge forms.
Meredith: Derek have the police been called
Derek: No do you want them to be called
Meredith: I don't want to but I can't just let him get away with it
Derek: So do you want me to call them
Meredith nodded her head
Derek: Do you want me to tell them to go to the house or come here
Meredith: come here
Then Derek left to get the discharge papers and to call the police.
