Lia's POV
I woke up to something heavy laying on top of me.
I squinted rubbing the sleep out of my eyes. Then I realized who the idiot was sitting on me.
"Lukey get off me. You weigh as much as an elephant." I said in my awful morning voice.
"Hmm what will I get in return for getting off of you?" He said smiling deviously.
I groaned. "I'll make pancakes. But this time you can't start a food fight." I giggled.
"DEAL." Luke said getting excited over the pancakes and jumped off me running downstairs.
I got out of bed and put my hair into a messy braid and put some sweatpants and an old sweater of Luke's on. It was freezing in my house even though it was summer. I put on my penguin socks and padded downstairs.
I went into the kitchen to see Luke sitting at the table like a little boy waiting for his food.
"So that's where my sweatshirt went." he said chuckling.
"Yea, I liked it so I kept it." I said laughing.
I went to get all the ingredients and then I realized we were out of eggs.
"Agh Lukey, we're out of eggs." I said.
"We can walk down to the corner store." He said.
"But I look like poop." I said looking into a mirror near by. I had no makeup on and I still had my glasses on and not to mention I was dressed like a slob.
"You look cute. Just put on a different shirt so you don't get heat stroke." he chuckled.
I blushed at his comment but looked away so he couldn't see. I went upstairs real quick and changed into my One Direction shirt and ran back downstairs and put on my gray converse.
"Leggo." I said walking out of the house with Luke.
While we were walking Luke spoke up "So how was your date with Nate or whatever?"
"Nat was really nice. I had fun." I said emphasizing his name so Luke knew it was 'Nat' not 'Nate'.
"I'm gonna have to meet him. I need to approve." Luke said rolling his eyes.
"Luke I don't need your approval. You're not my dad." I said, getting annoyed as well.
"Well I still care for you LeLe. I don't want you to get hurt." he said looking at me sadly.
"I know Luke. Thanks for caring." I said and he hugged me.
Jesus this boy has got to stop making me fall for him.
We reached the corner store and Luke held the door open for me. I walked in and headed towards the eggs with Luke. I was debating on whether to get organic or regular eggs when someone tapped me on the shoulder.
I turned around and saw Nat.
"Hey! What are you doing here?" I said smiling.
"I was here to get some milk. I wanted some cereal this morning but we were out of milk." he said putting a playful pout on his face.
"Aw poor baby." I said giggling.
"LeLe, who's this?" Luke said glaring at Nat suspiciously.
"Luke, this is Nat." I said giving him a 'please don't say something you'll regret' look.
"Nat, this is my best friend, Luke." Is aid introducing the two.
"Hey Lia has told me a lot about you." Luke said rolling his eyes.
