*The Next Day*
Luke's POV
I woke up to the light shining in my eyes. I grabbed my phone as usual in the morning and checked everything.
I then remembered about Lia's date with 'Nat'. He sounded like a jerk. And now whenever he breaks her heart I'll still be there picking up the pieces like with every other guy she has dated.
I needed to get some fresh air so I walked outside and sat on my patio just thinking.
Obviously she will never have the same feelings I do. I just can't stop thinking about her. Her smile. Her eyes. Her laugh. I'm so hooked on her.
Lia's POV
I got up around 1 pm and lazed around for like 3 hours in my bed. I was not even getting up til I had too or I was hungry.
I got up at about 4:30 and decided to eat a snack then get ready for my date.
When I hopped out of the shower I put just mascara and lip gloss on then put on my skirt, shirt, and booties. Then I put on my accessories. I went downstairs and right when I got down, Nat knocked at the door. Eeeee he was here to pick me up for our date!
I quickly readjusted a few stray hairs in the mirror and opened the door to a vet cute-looking Nat.
"Hi beautiful." he said grinning.
"Hello." I said as my cheeks turned rosy red.
"Shall we go?" he said.
I nodded and grabbed my purse and phone and locked the door.
We walked out to his car and he opened to door for me. I smiled to thank him and he shut the door then got in on his side.
We drove to the movies and on the way he said "So what kind of music do you like?"
"Hmmm. I usually like punk. So probably like Blink-182 or All Time Low. What about you?" I said with a sudden boost of confidence.
"That's so cool. We have the same music taste." He said smiling and turning on Somewhere in Neverland by All Time Low.
I sung along and he said "Wow you have a great voice!"
"Um thanks. No one's ever told me that." I said smiling at him.
As I said that we pulled into our parking spot at the movies.
He got out and jogged to my side of the car and let me out.
As we were walking, I felt him grab my hand. I smiled and blushed and looked at the ground.
"Hi can I get two tickets to 22 Jump Street?" he said.
Yes! I heard this movie was going to be really funny and plus it has Channing Tatum. Totally hot.
As we walked in he said "Do you wanna share a popcorn?"
"Yes please. I love popcorn." I said giggling.
"Your laugh is cute." he said.
"Thanks I guess." I said smiling.
We got a popcorn and two drinks and walked in to the movie.
As the previews started he whispered to me "You look beautiful by the way."
I blushed and said "Thank you."
"Aye pass me the popcorn." I said laughing, noticing he was hogging it.
"What popcorn?" he said looking at me smirking.
"Boy you're lucky you're cute." I said getting some popcorn that he was STILL holding.
"Oh so I'm cute now." he said.
"I guess. You bought me popcorn soo." I said.
"Popcorn is more important than me?" He said fake frowning.
"I'm just kidding." I said pecking his cheek.
Even though it was dark I saw him blush just a tiny bit.
I smiled and we watched the movie.
"Channing Tatum is so hot." I said drooling mentally.
"Yes but not as hot as me." he said.
"True." I said winking.

The movie was over and now we are standing at the door of my house.
"So I had a great time with you tonight. You're amazing." he said.
"Me too." I said blushing.
He looked at me then his eyes flickered down to my lips for a tiny second then right back at me.
He leaned in and I smiled and closed my eyes and leaned in too.
When our lips finally touched my stomach did flips.
We pulled away and I just smiled.
"Thanks for taking me." I said.
"No problem. I loved taking you."
"Bye." I said and pecked his cheek once more then went inside and squealed.
I ran up to my room and told the girls all about our date.
This was the best date ever.
