He changes your lock screen and home screen to a picture of him, of course. Then changed all your contact names. It took you several hours trying to change your contacts back to normal but you kept Dean as your lock and home screen, who wouldn't though? 

Sam-
He took a bunch of selfies and changed your password to iamsexysam. You secretly kept the selfies and the password! 

Castiel-
You had been trying to teach him how to use a phone for the past few weeks now, he's gotten pretty good at so far. But when Dean said it would be funny to do something to your phone, Cas had reorganized all your apps, and changed your phone language to Spanish. It took a bit to change it back to English and put your apps back where they were.
