I was in chemistry class minding my own business when some low class bitch decided to interrupt my conversation with saph
"hey new kid what do you find interesting about this-thing your talking to?" Asked Stephie the biggest whore on campus
"excuse me?"I asked while standing up
"you heard me"she said while glaring daggers at saph
"bitch the only thing here is you now move before I dismantle your pretty little face"I said while clenching and unclenching my fists
"as if"she scoffed
"amber she's not worth it"saph said while holding my arm
"if I were you I'd listen to my friend or else I'll make your life a living hell"she said while giving us one last glare and walking away
"she's such a bish"I growled while glaring at her retreating figure
"I know but we can't let people like them manipulate us "she said while giving me a sad smile
"saph we've been Bestfriends for 3 weeks now and I feel like there's something you're not telling me" I said sadly and her smile fell
"I'll tell you but not here meet me after school at the play field OK"she said and I felt relief wash over me
"OK" I replied just as the teacher walked in.
Sapphire's P.O.V
I finally decided to tell amber and I'm really nervous. *ringgg* the bell went off breaking me out of my thoughts
"OK people for the rest of the semester you'll be working in pairs and don't think that I'll let you choose your partners..... OK peters with levey,petrakis with Rodriguez......and Jackson and kings OK people find your partners and let's get to work" Ms.bell said while returning to her magazine.
"Hey"I said as I moved over to Trey
"Hey Fire long time no see"he said while giving me a smug grin
"yeah me too"I grinned and then we started to work after a few minutes I felt Trey staring at me and I frowned
"Is there something on my face" I asked
"nope you just look really interesting to watch" he Replied while still staring
"Well stop staring its annoying"I said but he was still staring
"Treyyy"I groaned while hiding my face and he started chuckling
"OK I'll stop I just like teasing you"he said giving in and I smiled and went back to work.
*after school*
Just as we planned me and amber met at the play field
"So what do you have to tell me?"she asked as I arrived
"Jeezzz so eager.....well I wanted to tell you that I don't have a normal teenage life-"
she cut me off before I was finished
"wait! Are you telling me you have super powers! No wait you can turn into anybody you want! Turn into me-" I cut her off before she was finished
"no silly " I said
"then tell me"she pushes on
"I mean.....my-my dad abuses me" I said afterwards in a quieter tone and I see shock written all over her face
"WHAT!!" She yelled after a while
"shhh I don't want anybody hearing about it OK"I said in a sad tone
"when did all of this began?"she asked
"since I was 12" I said and she gasped
"your dad has been abusing you since you were 12 what kind of father is he?!" She exclaimed and I felt a tear slip out of my eye
"what caused him to do it all of this" She asked quietly
"after my mom died he sort of blamed me for it you know"I said as I began to sob and she hugged me
"I'm so sorry saph I truly am you are such a strong person"she said in a weak tone
"I'm not strong I just know how to put up a good fight" I replied trying to lighten up the mood
"you always know when to make someone happy"she said while giving me a small smile
"I know that's why I'm your best friend" I replied.
