Doctor's cabin:
Arnav and Khushi greeted the doctor and took a seat.
Doctor (looking at Arnav): You are?
Arnav (proudly): I'm her husband, Arnav Singh Raizada.
Khushi shook her head and glared at him.
Doctor (suprised): oh okay nice to meet you. Let's go on, so how are you feeling now Ms.Raichand or ehmm should I say Mrs.Raizada? Any pain ?
Arnav concerned and nervously looked at Khushi.
Khushi(smiling): No Ms.Raichand is perfect. I'm perfectly fine just having a headache sometimes and feeling a little dizzy.
Arnav (nervous): Is it normal doctor?
Doctor (nodding): Relax Mr.Raizada it's completely normal to feel dizzy and have headache after going through an accident.
Arnav sighed in relief while Khushi just looked at him with teary eyes but composed herself which didn't go unnoticed by Arnav.
Doctor (showing the bed): Ms.Raichand please take a seat on the bed so I can check your arm.
The doctor checkes Khushi's arm and removes the bandage only to make Khushi hiss in pain.
Khushi (closing her eyes): Ahh..
After checking on Khushi, they sat on their chairs and the nurse brought her reports.
Doctor (going through the reports): Your arm will be perfectly fine in a few days and you don't have to wear any bandages for now Ms.Raichand . Dizziness and headaches can occur at any time so I will prescribe medicines for that.
Khushi and Arnav nodded and thanked the doctor. The first one took stand up was Khushi before quickly leaving the hospital not looking back for once.
Just as she reached her car, he called out for her.
Arnav (walking towards her): Khushi wait. I have to talk to you...It's very important..
Khushi closed her eyes and turning around aggressively, throwing her bag on the floor.
Khushi (screaming her heart out): WHAT? WHAT DO YOU WANT?
Arnav (holding her hands): Listen to me just once please? I know you are angry but please....listen once.
Khushi (on the top of her voice): WHY WOULD I LISTEN TO SOMEONE LIKE YOU HMM? SOMEONE SO HEARTLESS AND EGOISTIC? YOU KNOW WHAT MR.RAIZADA? YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE TO HEAR MY VOICE. WHERE WERE YOU WHEN I NEEDED YOU THE MOST?
Arnav looked down in guilt.
Arnav (crying): I know I don't deserve you. Fuck.... I don't deserve anything in this world. I love you baby I swear I love you. I don't know what got in to me the day I did this disgusting act years ago. Without you I feel hopeless. I miss you. Since that day I forgot what life means. I stopped going to work, I started drinking and didn't leave my room for days. I distanced myself from everything and everyone I ever cared for. I really really love you please don't leave me. Give me a chance to be with you and...and our daughter.
Khushi's eyes widened.
Khushi (shocked): D..daughter? What daughter?
Arnav (holding her shaking hands): Our baby Khushi..our princess Arushi. A part of me and a part of you.
Khushi shook her head completely confused not being able to believe that he knows about her.
Khushi (sobbing): Your daughter? Having the same blood doesn't make her your daughter.
She pushed him away.
Khushi (pointing a finger at him): Look Mr.Raizada forget about her. She is my daughter..mine! You don't deserve us. Never did. When I see you anywhere near her. I'll be the first one to board the next flight leaving this country. You got it? We don't need you in our life get this straight into your head. Now move away I already wasted ten minutes of my precious time by talking to you.
She pushed him away strongly and sat in her car.
Arnav watched her leaving as tear after tear made it's way from his eyes.
Arnav (falling on his knees): I'm so sorry love, so sorry for everything.
