What are the rules I must follow?
Below is the list in which there will be NO exception.
BOOK MUST BE WRITTEN IN ENGLISH.
1. Your book must be published on/after January 1st 2019.
2. You have approximately 5 MONTHS to write/enter for this contest. Deadline is May 31st 2019.
3. You should have 8+ written chapters by the given deadline. (this does not include author's note, summary, prologue, etc..)
4. No short stories/poems for this contest. (mainly because we have separate contests for these genres..)
5. You MUST follow this account. (you can unfollow once the results are announced)
6. Password: Post Desipan Unleashed on the message board of your profile while filling out the entry form. (we did #tag in the past but faced problems since many authors did not have tag space)
7. You can enter up to 2 books in different elements. Only 8 slots available per element.
8. Be kind and patient towards your host and judges. No bribing or throwing tantrums or else you will be disqualified without notice and reported! (thankfully we haven't had this issue in the past 2 years..)
Below is the list of optional rules, which you may follow if you chose to.
- Follow your host little-flaws and check out her work.
- Follow your judges once they are revealed and check out their works as a thank you for their free service.
- Add this book to your reading list and library to keep up to date with the updates.
- Use participant sticker once you are accepted to promote the contest.
- Add the awards book link to your message board when you post the given password.
- Tag your friends below to spread the word because more competition = more fun.
