Chapter 16

BLOOD POV

After we heard that mama was pregnant me and my other siblings decided to always stay by mama's side until he gives birth, o and mama is only a few more days till he gives birth.

But right now me and Clover are with mama right now outside his den but Clover is inside.

O and did you know that it's winter now and there's snow everywhere.

"OW" that made me go in there.

"He's going into labor Blood, you go get Rose and I'll stay here with dad," Clover says, I nod.

"Ok"

I leave and get Rose and when I get there I tell her and she goes while I go tell my other siblings and papa. After I told everybody we just waited for Rose to be done so that we could see our new brothers and sisters.

We waited for hours, then she finally came out.

"How is he?" we all ask at the same time, she chuckles.

"That's cool how you all do that, but anyway he's fine and waiting for you," Rose says then leaves.

We all had to take turns since their den was not big enough for all of us at once.

After it was finally my turn I see that mama has given birth to 5 kits.

"Wow mama you did great, which is which?" I ask.

"Thank you kiddo and they don't have names yet but there are 3 females and 2 males," mama says.

After we all got to see them mama and papa said they would have names for them tomorrow and so we all can't wait to know what they are tomorrow.

ASHFUR POV

After my older kits left it just left Scourge and I and we started coming up with names for the new litter.

"So what are we going to call them?" Scourge asks.

"I have some ideas"

"Ok, tell me," Scourge says.

"Ok, as soon as I saw them I came up with names like real quick" I pause for a minute "ok, so this one that is solid white like Angel, I was thinking of calling her Icyfrost, and this one that has tan fur with black in it I was-" I get cut off.

"How about we call her Thorndaisy" Scourge says, I think for a second.

"Ok, Thorndaisy it is, and I was thinking about this one that has dark gray fur and this big white spot on his fur that looks like a patch and so I was thinking we could call him Patches because of the spot on his back," I said.

"I see, that does seem to fit him perfectly because of that spot, so now it's just these 2 left and it looks like their twins," Scourge says.

"Yes they are twins but their different genders, ones a male and the other one is a fe-" I yawn "-male"

"You need to rest Ashy," Scourge says.

"I will, once we name the twins"

"Fine, what do you have in mind?" Scourge asks.

Well since their both solid black and I was thinking of the female one could be called Midnight and the male one could be Darknight" I said and then looks at Scourge and I see him thinking on what I said.

"Hm, I like it, I like them all" Scourge says, I smile.

After that, we went to sleep for the night.

**the next morning**

The next morning after Scourge got me something to eat he left to do his Clan stuff, while I ate I could feel the new kits feeding.

After a while I laid down when I hear someone coming so I get into the fighting mode and tackle the cat down and after I did I saw that it was my other kits and I see that I tackled Skull.

"O I'm so sorry Skull, my instincts took over to protect the little ones"

"It's fine, I understand and can you please get off me," Skull says.

After I got off of him and went back into the den and started feeling the new kits feeding again while my other ones come in.

"So did you come up with names?" Star asks.

"Yes" I move my tail and point to each one I named "Icyfrost, Thorndaisy, Patches, and these are the twins, the female one is Midnight and the male is Darknight"

They talk about how they are going to protect their brothers and sisters from any danger.
