Chapter 3

ASHFUR POV

I wake up the next morning and I try to get up but pain shot through my body and I groan, I turn my head and see Scourge isn't here, just then he walks into the den with a dead bird in his mouth.

"Hey, your awake" Scourge says while putting the bird down in front of me "here you go your probably hungry from what happened last night" Scourge says as he chuckles.

"Thanks," I said, he nods and I start eating. After I ate and I rested a little bit longer Scourge showed me around. "Wow Scourge, what is all this stuff and what is it called?" I ask.

"Well those tall building right there are called apartments two-legs live in them" Scourge said look at it "and those are called shops over there and two-legs buy stuff at these shops," Scourge says, I nod but then something hit my nose and I sniff and it smells good.

(two-legs are us just in case you don't know)

"What's that smell it.......smells good?" I ask looking at Scourge, he chuckles.

"That's the bakery, around this time the two-leg that owns this place puts out fresh bread at this time a day, now I'm going to go get some you stay here ok" Scourge says, I nod then he kisses me and goes.

As I watch I see Scourge climb on the wood and then something shiny, then grabs the bread with mouth and then jumps down and runs back to the ally where I was, he then drops it an takes a bite.

"Taste it you'll love it," Scourge says with a mouth full, I take a bite and I moan it taste great "it's good isn't it?" I nod.

After we finished we went to other places but stops at some place "um Scourge what is this place?" I ask.

"This used to be my house when I was a kit an I haven't been here since then," Scourge says.

"Why did we come here?" I ask.

"I always wanted to come back but I was too scared to come alone," Scourge says, I put my tail around him and say.

"Well you're not alone anymore you have me," I said with a smile, he smiles back at me and kisses my cheek.

After that, we headed to Scourge's old home and when we get to the back of the house I see 2 cats eating when they see us they come to us.

"Who are you and what do you want?" the she-cat ask.

"Hey Ruby, Socks it's been a long time," Scourge says, they gasp.

"Scourge you know them?" I ask, he nods.

"Yes I do, they're my siblings I told you about," Scourge says, I gasp.

"That's them?" I ask he nods, I get mad "I should kill you 2," I said as I walk them but Scourge puts his tail around my body from leaving his side "Scourge let go"

"I'm not going to you get hurt Ashy" Scourge says as his tail gets tighter.

"Aw Tiny's trying to protect his friend how cute," she says while laughing.

I start getting really mad an I end up getting free from Scourge's grip and attack her then the other cat joins in.

**TIME SKIP**

Just as I pin them down getting ready to kill them another she-cat that looks like she's in her elder years comes to me.

"Please don't kill my kits they're all I have left," she says as I see the sadness in her eyes.

"Ashfur let go and come back here now," Scourge says with a stern voice.

"You 2 are lucky I listen or you 2 would be dead," I said as I release my grip as they inhale in a deep breath as I walk back to Scourge and he looks mad, when I get to him he stomps his paw hard on my tail, I yelp "that hurt"

"That's what happens when other cats don't listen to me and believe me I can do worse, now lie down and don't move," Scourge says with a mad and stern voice.

"But Sco-" I get cut off with Scourge giving me a death glare, I gulp "ok I'll stay here," I said being scared.

He then walks turd them, then I say to myself 'please don't let this be the end between us please'.

SCOURGE POV

When I get to them mom goes in front of them to protect them.

"Look I don't know what you want but what he did was uncalled for," mom says being mad.

"Yea I don't know what got into him but I will take care of it"

"Who are you?" mom asks.

"It's me" she looks at me confused I take a deep breath and say "it's me.......Tiny" she gasps.

"Is it really you?" mom asks with her eyes starting to water, I nod and she comes to me and puts her head on my chest and cries with her tail around me and I do the same, she then lifts her head and backs up and looks at me "wow look at you, your so big, even bigger than me, Ruby, and Socks, you look great Tiny"

"Actually I go by Scourge now, that name has too many bad memories and it makes me mad so please call me Scourge"

"Ok, I can do that Ti-I mean Scourge," she says with a smile "so what have you been doing all these years?" mom asks.

I take a deep breath and start telling them what happened in my life.

**TIME SKIP**

"And that's pretty much all of it," I said, they look at me in shock.

"So that's why you have all that stuff on your collar," Ruby says, I nod.

After many questions mom finally asks the question I was dying to answer.

"Ok but what about him?" mom asks, I turn around and see Ashfur sad and talking to himself, he better not be talking bad about himself again.

"That's Ashfur, he's my mate," I said as I look back at them.
