Chapter 36: The Long Awaited Clash Finally Begins!: Part 2

(Y/N) POV

"Thanks for the save, Trunks!" I exclaimed. Afterwards, I ran next to my savior and shot my leg over to Zamasa's stomach, sending her flying from my great kick.

"Heh. Don't mention it, Y/N. Now, let's pulverize this self-absorbed bitch!" She said.

"You just read my mind! Goki, you think that you'll be able to handle GB on your own?" I asked my girlfriend.

She nodded while giving me a thumbs up.

"Obviously! Now go kick that Kai's ass while I do the same with this one!" She told.

Heh. I'm glad that everyone is so upbeat today! Oh erm...except for Vegeta, probably. I'll get to that when I finish with this.

"Don't be so sure of yourself, Son Goki. After all, you're the fake around here." Black said with a poised smirk upon her face.

Goki just narrowed her eyes at her opponent that was right before her.

"I could say the same for you, copycat." She said right back at her, her mouth creating a self-assured smirk of her own.

"Tch. Let's get on with the program then, shall we?" Black suggested.

"For once, I can agree!" Goki replied as she shot herself right at GB, both of their smirks dying down.

As for Trunks and I, we rushed over to wherever I kicked Zamasa.

I looked around and my eyes wandered to a person-shaped hole in a somewhat destroyed building.

Trunks was looking as well, but that was short lived as I tapped her shoulder so I could grab her attention.

Once she did, I pointed to the discovery that I made. It didn't take her long at all to see what I was getting at, so we ran into the building, using the newly made opening as our entrance.

Wow...I know that it's October and all, but this place is seriously spooky. I feel like I'm in a Scooby-Dooby-Doo episode...

Wha..is that a cobweb over there in the corner?

It appears that Trunks could tell that I was distracted since she tapped me head?

"Hello? Is anyone in there?" She asked.

I shook my head rapidly.

"Huh-wha?" I asked, giving the Bluenette a confused look.

She only giggled at my baffled response.

"I was trying to tell you to let me know if you spot Zamasa anywhere, you dope. She's hidden her Ki so well that it seems like neither of us would be able to sense her." She explained to me.

"So keep an eye out, okay?"

"Yes ma'am!" I responded.

She gave me a bright smile. It was kinda cute.
