Starla's POV
"Magnus what are you doing here and how did you even find me" I ask him with my arms crossed. "Martha told me where you were and so I... I just wanted to talk" he exclaims frustrated.
I knew he wanted to talk so that's why I have been avoiding his phone calls. Rolling my eyes we continue to stare at each other waiting for someone to say... anything. Magnus sighs deeply before walking closer to me, now we are eye to eye.
"I know that everything lately has been... exhausting... but I really need your support" he pleads pushing a lock of my hair behind my ear. I don't say anything as he cups my face ready to kiss me on my lips but I turn my head away.
"Magnus I already told you... that we aren't going to work out until the baby is born" I exclaim he just does not understand the overall issue.
"I know but Star baby... we can work this out.. it sucks not being near you like we used to" he whispers. I can see unshed tears in his eyes and I start to feel guilty for putting it there.
"I'm sorry Magnus I know I said yes in the food court... but its really no I can't do this" I walk away back into the food court. I watch Magnus stand there like lovesick puppy, and I just shake my head in disbelief.
Sitting at our table I watch Patricia scarf down a hotdog "swwo hwow dwid It gwo" she asked her mouth filled with the hotdog. " I told him that we need to wait until the baby is born" I reply in disgust.
Opening my food we eat quietly while Patricia stares at me in sympathy. "Star I am here if you want to talk" she grabs onto my hand and I send her a grateful smile.
"Thanks"

Patricia drops me off and I wave goodbye promising to call her later. I drag my body through the door suddenly feeling exhausted from everything that happened today.
I flop down on my comfortable bed when a thought hit me. I forgot to pick up my dad's shirts from the cleaner's! With a groan I reluctantly get up and head back outside, luckily the cleaners was five minutes away.
I walk slowly enjoying the gentle breeze outside. It's cold but the trees still look beautiful changing different colors. I continue to walk when I hear footsteps behind me turning around I look to see nothing.
Confused I shrug my shoulders and continue to walk. But then I hear the footsteps once again and I look to see no one. Creeped out I start running to the cleaner's and when I see the sign I sigh with relief.
I open the door and greet Pete who owns the cleaners shop. "Hey Pete I am here to pick up my father's shirts" I say. "Oh right let me go get those for you" Pete says walking to the back and I patiently wait.
Tapping my hands on the counter I look around the small cleaners. We used to come to this cleaners me and Martha when we were little with our mother. It did bring back lots of memories but it was also heartbreaking and it seemed as if the memory was so far away.
"Here you go Starla no need to worry about the cost your father already paid" Pete says. "Thank you Pete see you around" I reply grabbing the three freshly ironed shirts off the counter.
Pete waves goodbye and I walk out of the cleaners. Once again I'm alone with my thoughts but I make sure to listen for those creepy footsteps. As if on cue I hear the footsteps and start to walk a little faster.
I turn around to see who it could be but it's again no one. Suddenly I hit a hard body and fall to the ground with a thud. Looking up I see Stacey hovering over me with a deathly stare .
"Hello Starla I think it's time you come with me" she sneers. I try to get up and run for it but she is so fast even in her red Stilettos!
The next thing I know I am hit across the head and I welcome the darkness.
