Home sweet home

ANDY POV
the next morning doctor Grey walked in the room while jack had to go get some tests run
"Hi Andy, is this a good time to talk," she said
"Yeah," I answered
"Okay I need you to understand the seriousness of your condition, you suffered from abdominal bleeding, crush syndrome, concussion, smoke inhalation, and a number of cuts and scratches through your body. With cases of crush syndrome it's very critical the days after the patient because it's common for them to have surge which means that get better before they get worse, you have to tell me if you feel worse. There are also a number of other side effects such as seizures or pain induced coma," she said seriously
" okay," I said quietly
" there's gonna be a nurse in here with you 24/7. we're going to observe you for about a week to two weeks. If there are no complications and if everything goes as planned you should be able to return back to work in about three weeks." She said
"As for your fiancé, he should be getting about in about a week," she said

A week had pasted and there were no complications so I get to go home today, Jack was released a few days ago. He arrived to pick me up. It was a little painful getting up but I walked anyways.
"We can roll you out on a wheel chair," jack insisted
"No I need to walk," I winced
Jack helped me in the car and we drove to his house. The more I walked the better I felt. I waked to the kitchen to grab a water then I sat down on the couch. Jack walked into the living room with some clothes for me. They looked very comfy.
"I need a shower first," I smiled
Jack got in the shower with me to make sure I didn't fall or make sure I could stand up that long. We got out and I brushed my hair and got some very comfy clothes on.
We went to his room and laid on the bed.
"I'm so glad I'm finally home with you again," I exhaled
"It was so hard sleeping without you next to me, I never wanna feel that again," he said slowly
"Well we can cuddle so much tonight," I laughed
"I need to put this lotion stuff on my scars so they will lighten up, you don't have to stay here while I do it," I said
"It's fine as long as your okay with me in here," jack said
I shook my head okay.
I took off my shirt, then surprisingly jack took the bottle of lotion and then he rubbed it over my scar on my abdomen, then he put some on my chest were the cop stabbed me with glass, and last on my thigh.
"Thank you," I smiled
"Your welcome," Jack smiled back
I put my clothes back on then there was a knock at the door
"It's your best friends open up," I heard London and Travis y'all
Jack ran to the door, they gave jack a big hug and then ran to me almost knocked me over
"Carful don't brake my fiancé," jack laughed
"Sorry," London smiled
"So how are you feeling, any pain," Travis said
" a little sore but I'm fine," I said trying to believe myself
"Andy," Travis said in disbelief
"I'm fine, I'm just sore," I said truthfully
"When can you go back to work," London asked
"2 weeks," I said eagerly
" I can't go back till 1 1/2 weeks," jack sighed
"I'm so glad both of you are okay," London said
"Us too, I laughed
We had a great afternoon!!
