The day had ended I felt weird around Johnathon. He had this vibe around him, I'm pretty sure he's a f*ckboy. A ding brought me out of my thoughts, I reach over and grab my phone, I see a text from Finn.
F: Hey, wanna hangout maybe practice a little, try to come up with a few ideas so we can start writing our own songs for the label?
Dang it I forgot to tell him about the cafe meet up
K: Yeah we can, but I told Johnathon we could all meet up at a cafe, maybe after?
I instantly get a response back.
F: Sure i'll text Malcolm and tell him. I'm assuming your Dad's cafe Autumn Leafes?
K: Yeah just make sure they know where it is at i'll see you later.
F: K, see ya
I put my phone down and went to the kitchen to tell my dad "Hey pumpkin, what's up?" He says after pouring himself a cup of tea. "Not much the news I was going to tell you about today was me and my friends are creating a band, oh and we are gonna meet at our cafe, free drinks?" I ask with puppy dog eyes knowing he can't resist. He chuckles with a warm a smile "Of course honey it's only a few of you right? I'm excited you started a band I hope you do well" He walks over and gives me a hug "Well i'm going to go dad i'll text you when i'm heading home, love you" "Love you too pumpkin." I text Finn
K: I'm heading there now
F: Me too see you soon.
