I walk into the living room and I don't see my dad. "Huh maybe he is still working at the booth, I'll call him." My phone rings twice, before he finally picks up. "Hey Dad are you still working at the booth or.... " "Yea I'm actually packing up now and heading to the café to rearrange things for tomorrow. Where are you at right now?" "I'm at home that is why I was calling you. Also I have some really great news to tell you when you get home!" "Really! Alright I'll try to make it home as fast as I can. Anyways I have to go I'll see you later honey. Bye." "Bye" I grab a granola bar and head upstairs to my bedroom I scroll through Instagram for a while. I finally plug my phone in and get off the bed. I grab some PJ's and take a long hot shower. After I get out I put my hair into a bun so its wavy tomorrow. I get in bed and after a while fall asleep thinking I'll tell my Dad the good news tomorrow after school.
"Kara, Kara! Its time to get up for school you have 30 minutes" "Ugh I'm up I'm up" I sit up and rub my eyes. Dad finally leaves my room. I get out of bed and put on a cute overall outfit.

I start to head downstairs with my backpack. I meet dad in the kitchen grabbing an apple, giving him a kiss on the cheek and say "Bye"
15 minutes later
I arrive in my classroom and sit in my seat in the back. The bell rings after I sit down in chemistry. People start swarming in to the class, then last the teacher. Mrs. Wick, she's pretty chill she is my favorite teacher so far. she claps her hands "Alright class, today we have a new student named Jonathon he just moved here to Canada so give him a warm welcome." She motions for someone to come in. In walks Jonathon with his shaggy brown hair and blue eyes. He waves and gives a smile. "Ok Jonathon you can take a seat behind Kara in the back." He starts to walk over and takes a seat behind me. I get a tap on the shoulder. I turn around. "Hi I'm Jonathon, but I guess you already new that but uh do you mind if you give me a tour around the school?" I chuckle. "Yeah I could give you a tour. My names Kara but you already new that." I smile. "You look familiar" "You have probably seen me from a picture Malcolm showed you. You're joining a band with him right?" "Yea I am how did you know" "I'm in that band I'm the guitarist and co-singer with my friend Finn he's lead singer and he plays guitar sometimes too and of course Malcolm is the drummer. If you want we can all go to a café after school and you can meet everybody?" I question raising an eyebrow. "Yeah that sounds like fun I'm in."
Hey guys sorry it took a while to post, but I've been preparing for prom. I got asked by my friend we are going as friends like we did in our 8th grade dance. If you want pictures of when I do go just comment on this and I'll do it. But anyways I will see you again!
