Chapter 19|jealous

"WHAT YOU MEAN I WAS FLIRTING BACK" you tell back at him. "UGH YOUR SO OBLIVIOUS" he yells back. "HOW? HOW WAS I FLIRTING BACK?" You ask yelling. "YOU SMILED BACK AT HIM WHEN HE WAS FLIRTING WITH YOU " he yells back. "YOU KNOW WHAT?" You yell. "WHAT?" He yells back. "I'M NOT DEALING WITH THIS" you say walking out the door slamming it behind you. You head straight for the stair well because the elevator will take too long to open you run down the stairs to the garage and into your car and drive away.

Ok so you may be wondering why you and Grayson are arguing. So here's the story.

You and Grayson were out shopping at the grove and decided to stop and go eat. You guys go to this little restaurant not to boujee but not McDonald's that's for sure. While you guys wait for your food you and Grayson are talking and he brings up how the waiter in acting around you. "Babe I don't like the way that guy acts around you" he says. "What do you?" You ask. "He acts weird and I don't like it." He replies. "Well I'm not dating him, I'm dating you" you say. "I know but I don't like it"he says. "Ok weirdo" you say.

Once your guys' food comes out you realize what Grayson was talking about. The waiter gives you guys your food and while walking away he winks at you. You smile to be nice but it made you feel a bit uncomfortable. You look at Grayson and he looks pissed off so you leave it alone.

*now*
Before you leave the garage you text y/bff/n.

Y:I'm coming over be ready.
Bff:okay?

You finally made it to y/bff/n place you park in the garage and head to her apartment.

"Hey, what's up" she says when you walk in. Then she realize you look upset. "Hey, you okay?" She ask. You explain the story to her so she understands you unexpected visit. "Aw I'm sorry, I didn't gray was the jealous type" she says. "I didn't either" you reply. "Well your welcome to spend the night here if you'd like some of you old stuff is still in your. I mean besides your bed and I don't think you have clothes here but you can borrow some of mine." She says. "Thanks girl" you reply. "I'll talk to him tomorrow, but right now I can't." You say.

You hang out with y/bff/n for a while and you keep receiving text from Grayson.

G:hey
G:baby
G:hello???
G:babe answer... Please
G:can we please talk?

You keep ignoring them. It feels like you have over hundred text from him. He'll say some stuff then leave you alone for a while then text again and does that process for a while. But you just ignore him. Finally, he eventually got the memo and gave up to let you breathe.

*next morning*
You walk downstairs and see y/bff/n watching tv eating grapes. You sit down next to her to join her. "So" she starts. "So?" You asks "have you talked to Grayson?" She asks. "No" you reply thinking about how much he texted you and you just ignored it, you start to feel bad, but you push it down and keep hold of your grounds. "Y/n you have to talk to him-"she says. "I know but-" you say. "But nothing this isn't a movie where they run away from there problems and everything comes together, no bish this is real life if you don't fix it with him, then it's going to stay the same way. And instead of y'alls relationship thriving it's going to shatter into pieces and who's gonna me suffering... Not me, not y/s/n." She says. "Me." You say. "And who else?" She asks already knowing the answer. "Grayson." You reply. "Exactly, so if you guys don't fix no one will, so go talk to him" she says. "And I know damn well he's texted you over a million times... You can't tell me he hasn't" she says. "He has" you reply. "See, and what did you do?" She asks knowing exactly what you did because she knows you. "Ignored him." You say. "Exactly my point."she says. When those to words 'ignored him' came out of your mouth you started to feel bad and think about the texts.

G:babe please come home.
G: babe I see your getting the messages I can see the delivered sign, please answer

"Stupid delivered sign on iPhones" you think to yourself. Y/bff/n snaps you out of it. "So you gonna talk to him and fix it, or no?" She asks. "Ugh, I hate you" you say walking away being sarcastic because you know she's right. "I love me too"she replies.

You decide to call Grayson.
*ring ring*
You wait in suspense scared whether he answers it or not and you don't know why.

"Hello?" You hear is voice say. "Hey" you reply. "Where are you, are you ok I didn't mean to hurt you" he says. "I'm fine I'm at y/bff/n house" you say. "Oh, look I'm sorry if I hurt you in anyway I just want you to come home" he says. "Ok but you got jealous over something so stupid" you say getting upset just thinking of it. "I know but I didn't trust that guy, can you just come home and we can work it out from there?" He asks. "Yes I'll be there later" you reply. "Ok, love you bye" he says. "Love you too bye" you reply and hang up.

You get ready and around noon you say bye to y/bff/n and go home. Once you get there you and Grayson talk and work things out and move on from there. You guys spend your evening ordering in Chinese food and watch Netflix and called it a night.
