Chapter 7

It's Friday night, the homecoming game. It's half time for the fresh/soph team and the score is 16-22, Montgomery High is loosing. Everyone is super nervous and excited for the second half of the fresh/soph game. Hopefully the coach will have a nice pep talk with the boys and they will win the game. Carissa was almost like a coach so while the cheerleader have a 3 minute break before they preform she ran to the back of the bleachers to give a really inspiring pep talk. Carissa taught the guys how to throw properly and amazingly so if she could do that she could pep talk. She ran back to the cheerleaders and they were getting ready to perform, while the boys are getting a serious pep talk from the coach. The girls performed and then the boys came back out more hyped up than ever and ready to win this game. The second half of the game started and it has only been three minutes and Montgomery High already made one touchdown and a two point conservation. The score is now 24-22. Four minutes later Montgomery scores and it was Ethan that caught the ball and made the touchdown. Carissa started to jump up and scream showing that she was extremely proud of her man. The end of the game comes and the final score is 38-28. Carissa and Lyliana and the rest of the cheer squad run out to the boys and Carissa jumps into Ethan's arms and hugs basically telling Ethan he did amazing and she was so proud of him. Lyliana just runs up to Gray and hugs him congratulating him on his first homecoming victory.

"Great job tonight baby." Carissa said.

"Thanks babe, if it wasn't for you and the coach I don't think we would have the motivation to try and win."

"Aw babe, I honestly don't know what i was saying when I was talking to you guys, but I'm glad I helped you guys gain motivation to win. Even if we didn't win I would still be proud of you because you all tried your best but that's not the case right now, WE WON!"

"I love you so much."

"I love you so much too."

Everyone walks off the field so the varsity team can practice and stretch before game time. Carissa and Lyliana walked back to the other cheerleaders because for homecoming games all the cheerleaders cheer for varsity. Ethan and Grayson walked to the locker room so the coach can talk to them. The boys came out five minutes later and went to sit in the bleachers for the first half of the game. Half time came and it was time to call the homecoming court. (Classmates traditionally nominate students who have done a lot to contribute to their school, then students vote for members of the court from the nominees. Once the homecoming court candidates are announced, the entire student body votes for the queen and king.) Carissa and Ethan won freshman prince and princess. They walked to the center of the field on the sideline and waved, people took pictures and videos. Next the duke and duchess. Then junior prince and princess. Ten finally it was the king and queen, normally it would be seniors but no seniors wanted to be king and queen so they had people at the game vote. First it was the juniors and they had some screams, then the sophomores they got a few more, and finally it was Ethan and Carissa they had almost the whole bleachers screaming for them. So they took King and Queen and the seniors that were supposed to be king and queen took prince and princess. Carissa's mom screamed and almost passed out she was so happy for them. They walked off the field and went back to the bleachers. Carissa and Ethan has to sadly leave early because they had to go dress and suit shopping for tomorrow. Ethan went home with Carissa so they could just get up and leave in the morning.

"If you want to sleep with Carissa you can but no funny business buddy." Carissa's mom said laughing.

"Uh okay." Ethan said nervously.

Ethan walks to Carissa's room while he is waiting for her to get in the shower so he could get one. She walks into her room with just a towel expecting Ethan to still be in the living room.

"AH!" Carissa screamed.

"What!?"

"Nothing you just scared me."

"Oh sorry, I'll get out so you can get dressed and I can take a shower." Ethan said getting up.

Carissa grabs his arm as he walks by and gives him a look and then kisses him. He walked out and took a shower. Carissa got ready for bed and climbed into bed she sat on her phone until Ethan came. Carissa put her phone down and waited for Ethan to climb into bed. Carissa has to be next to her phone so she had the outside and Ethan had the wall. Their backs were to each other and Carissa just passed out right there. When Ethan knew Carissa was asleep he turned over and cuddled her. Carissa turned over still sleeping, so their faces were right next to each other. Ethan leaned forward and kissed Carissa in the forehead and then he fell asleep with Carissa in his arms.
