Hey, I'm Emily. I am just your average girl, around 5'5 with an attitude. At the moment, I'm a junior with long, thick, brown hair and hazel eyes. I'm not really crushing on anyone at the moment, but we'll see how long that lasts.
I sit at my desk in my English class and I wait impatiently for him to come. After what seems like forever, he finally walks in the door and by my desk. He smells good. I catch myself staring and my eyes quickly dart to the ground before he notices. His friends and crows him and act like he's SO popular. I scoff and look up at the teacher, who is about to call role.
"Emily!" She screams.
"Here." I say in a bored tone.
"Josh?"
Nothing.
"Is Josh here today?"
I look back to his seat and he's sitting there, just not paying attention. So I lean back in my chair and nudge him saying,
"Hey genius, that's your name!"
He looks at me confused and then realizes quickly that he's been called. I look back down at my paper and draw the last line of my Charlie Puth fan art, and tune out everything for the whole class.
*An hour and a half later*
I walk down the halls swiftly, making sure not to bump into anyone. I finally make it down the stairs and into the locker room where my best friend is waiting for me.
"AYE MY BITCH!" I say as loud as I possibly can.
"Wassup my bitch?!" Abby says back.
We quickly change into our workout sweats and tank tops, then walk out into the brisk gym area. We then walk out the doors of the gym and start to head towards the stairs. When I turn the corner I almost bump into a huge jock. He looks at me with a surprised look on his face and I look at Abby shocked. We start to laugh and then quickly run to the cheer room. My shorty can't keep up with me as we keep running. We avoid getting caught by security guards the whole way into the cheer room then start to stretch as I start to think about Josh again.
"EMILY!" Abby screams.
"Huh? Sorry I was thinking about someone."
Abby looks at me with a devilish look and asks, "who is this man?"
I look away, feel a huge push, then I am on the ground winded. I look up to see Abby with a smirk on her face and I hear her say,
"I'll say it one more time, WHO IS THIS MAN?!"
She stops and looks at me and then says,
"Is it Josh?!"
I blush a bit and look away. I'm saved by the teacher dismissing us to do our routines, but Josh just won't leave my thoughts!
