Chapter 2

You woke up in Gray's arms. He was already awake, smelling the back of your neck.

"Morning, sleepyhead." He said, stroking your hair.

"Hey" You said, still half asleep.

"You're a cute sleeper." Gray smiled and pulled you closer to him. "I've been awake for about an hour now, just watching you."

"I can't believe I'm your boyfriend." You turned and faced him and smiled.

Gray held you tighter.

"I never want you to leave me. I love you so much, I can't even find the words to explain how much I love you."

He whispered.

"I watched you all the time when we were in the guild hall, I guess I was just too shy to talk to you." You closed your eyes.

"I wanted to talk to you but I thought you were straight."

"Well, I'm not." You laughed a little.

Gray sat up in bed.

"You wanna go to the guild hall?" He asked.

"Well, I guess." You said, looking a little disappointed.

"What's wrong?" Gray put his hand on your shoulder.

"I just kinda wanna spend the day with you." You said.

"We can spend the day together and go to the guild too." He suggested.

"Yea" You smiled. "Just promise that we can spend time alone later?"

"Of course" Gray stood up and you got out of bed.

You both got ready to go to the guild hall. You wore a black shirt and a red vest with dark green jeans. You wore fuzzy red earmuffs. There was a chain wrapped around your waist like a belt, it wrapped around your leg to your foot and you wore red tennis shoes. Gray wore a black jacket over a purple shirt. He wore his usual jeans with the chain belt loops and wore his usual shoes. He also put his cross necklace on.

"You ready?" Gray shouted through his home, standing at the front door.

"Yeah, coming!" You shouted back, walking out of his room.

"Looking good" He smirked, opening the front door.

"Thanks" You replied.

You walked and held hands. You both laughed and were just happy being around each other. You eventually got to the guild hall. Gray opened the doors for you and you walked inside. Everyone stared because you two were holding hands. Lucy immediately ran up to you both.

"Oh my god!" She fan girled. "Are you two? Did you?" She was even more excited than you were.

"Yea, we are a couple now." You blushed.

"Aw you two are so cute together!" She shouted.

Natsu came up to you.

"Back off fire breath he's mine." Gray pulled you close to his side.

"I'm not here to steal him away." Natsu crossed his arms.

"Don't get any ideas." Gray held your hand tighter now.

"I just wanna say I'm happy for you." Natsu said.

"What? I thought you'd be teasing me for being gay." Gray released his grip on your hand.

"No, I want to tell you I am OK with it and you have a nice guy next to you." Natsu pointed at you.

"Oh, well thanks?" Gray half smiled.

"But this doesn't mean I like you more now, I'm still gonna fight you, popsicle." Natsu grinned.

"Yea, yea" Gray said. "You have a sweet side after all huh?"

"Grrrr" Natsu grunted and walked away.

You looked up at Gray and smiled widely. He looked at you and did the same.

"Let's go sit." Gray said.

You both went and sat at a table and Gray looked over at you. You sat with him and you both talked and talked. A few of the guild members came over and talked with you and Gray about your relationship. Everyone was really happy for you. After about an hour you and Gray left, saying bye to everyone.

"Do you have a house?" Gray asked.

"Yea, but I hate it." You said. "It's too small and my rent is way too high."

"Well, you wanna live with me?" Gray asked. "I can make room for you."

"Really?" You smiled. "I would love to."

"Let's stop and get your stuff."

You went to your house and packed all of your clothes and things. Gray helped and carried a few bags. You eventually got to the new house you and Gray now shared. Gray opened the door for you like he always does and you both went inside.

"Thanks for letting me live with you." You said, unpacking your things.

"You're my boyfriend remember? I want you to be with me all the time." Gray sat on the couch.

You sat next to him and he put his arm around you.

"I am so tired." You yawned.

"Me too, wanna go to bed?" Gray stood up.

"Yea" You stood up too.

You both went into the bedroom and took all of your clothes off except for your boxers. You both put on some pajama bottoms on and climbed into bed. Gray held you in his arms.

"Goodnight, y/n" He said sleepily.

"Goodnight, Gray" You said back.
