Here starts a new beginning.
If being honest, it was scary taking this big a step. Throughout all of my teenage years, I'd been aching to live alone, and now that I have the opportunity I'm now realizing how scary a move this big is. It's like anticipating a zip line ride for a long time, and recalling your fear of heights the next minute.
It's not too hard to focus on the pros though. This city; It's been under some serious protection from villains. Like, serious protection. Let's hope I don't j-walk when I'm there.
Right now I'm on the highway. My foot is floored against the gas petal, and I'm watching the sky turn from it's evening maroon to it's soothing dark blue. I embrace those colors with the moon hung high up above my head, letting it all flood my senses.
Somehow this made me feel like I was alright. Let's see what Townsville has in store for me.
