Sparks Ignite (Chapter 5)

Jason’s POV

I headed back to Liam’s room to go to sleep. All I could think about was Liam. He kissed my forehead and I know it’s nothing really. But what would anyone else do? It was really nice, that’s all I smiled to myself. I crawled into Liam’s bed and it was amazingly comfortable. And to top it off, it smells just like him. Obviously, I thought to myself. I curled up on my right side, cuddled one of the pillows and closed my eyes. I’m going to sleep well tonight.

Liam’s POV

Jason just went back to my room to sleep and I climbed on the couch. I couldn’t help but to smile to myself just at the thought that Jason is sleeping in my bed. I don’t know what it is but there’s something. I wonder how he feels…? I picked up my phone to call one of the boys. I decided to let them know what was going on. I called Harry since I lied to him in the beginning.

“Hello?” Harry asked tiredly.

“Hey Harry, it’s Liam. I’m sorry it’s late. Early? Whatever, anyways do you have time? I have to tell you something.”

“Yeah, sure. What’s up?” He said.

“Well, remember when we were about to enter the club and I said I forgot something?”

“Yeah and?”

“I kind of lied… I heard someone. Someone was getting hurt, I could tell. I don’t know why I just… I just felt the need to help. It was kinda bad, I fought him off and I got a little hurt but don’t freak out. I’m absolutely fine.”

“Okay, so you went and helped somebody out. That’s great.”

“There’s more. It was this guy Austin hurting Jason. They’re here for vacation for a few weeks and something happened. Austin was hitting and screaming at Jason, I felt terrible because nobody deserves that. I offered Jason to stay with me since he can’t really stay with Austin you know? I just thought I should let you know.” I explained.

“Oh wow I see. Well I’m glad that you helped this Jason guy. I just hope you’re not making a mistake.” Harry said.

“What do you mean by that?” Well, what if Jason is really the bad person or something? What if he’s like-”

“No no no. I’m sorry to cut you off but you haven’t heard the story. And trust me, the emotions he has shown were real.” I interrupted

“Ooooh does Liam have feelings for Jason hmmm?” Harry snickered.

“Shut up.” I said coldly. “Can you just tell the others for me? I want them to know I’m fine and everything.”

“Will do.” He accepted.

“Thanks so much.”

“No problem. Oh! And we’ll all see you tomorrow for movie night.”

Oh crap. How could I forget about movie night? It was my turn to host.

“Well I guess you’ll all meet Jason tomorrow night.” I said with a smile.

“Night Harry.”

“Good night!”

I hope tomorrow night won’t be too terrible. I don’t want Jason to feel uncomfortable but I don’t want the boys to think I’m crazy and making a mistake. God knows what they’ll think. Great now I can’t sleep because I’m thinking too much. I hope Jason is sleeping well. I just thought a brilliant plan! After we go and get Jason’s stuff we can go out for lunch or something and Jason can help pick out the movies. We can do whatever else he wants, I don’t mind. Sounds good to me. And I fell asleep with a smile on my face.
