You were 2 weeks overdo and you were so fed up with being so pregnant when you knew that August was suppose to be here 2 weeks ago. You and Louis has been researching different ways to jump start labor but nothing seemed to be working
"Louis I feel stupid" you tell your husband as you bounce on your exercise ball and you hold onto your husbands arms
"I think you look precious" you roll your eyes at your husband and you stop bouncing and huff at him
"I know your frustrated but something has to work" Louis tells you as he kneels in front of you
"There is one thing we haven't tried" Louis states with a smirk on his face when he pulls you into a sweet kiss. You wrap your arms around Louis neck as he deepens the kiss then starts to kiss down your neck. You suddenly hear a popping sound and water gushes over the exercise ball making you breath a sign of relief that something actually worked
"Well that worked perfectly" you laugh at your husband comment as you get to change your pants and Louis grabs your hospital bag and everything else we needed for the hospital
"Lets have a baby" Louis pulls you into a kiss as he closes your front door and walks to your car as he races to the hospital as fast as he could possibility go without getting pulled over
You were getting pretty good jolts of pain while on the way to the hospital but you just breathed through them because they weren't too horribly painful. Louis then pulls up to the hospital and grabs everything out of the car while you go check into the front desk
They pulled a wheelchair out for you as they bring you into your room where you change into your hospital gown and your doctor come to greet you almost immediately as you lay down after getting changed
"Looks like after two weeks that baby decides nows a good time!" Your doctor chuckles making you and your husband both giggle along
"Now let's see how far along you are here" your doctor checks your progress
"Looks like your at 3 and a half centimeters so looks like we still have a ways to go but hopefully the baby will work with us and come out swiftly" your doctor crosses her fingers as she leaves you a Louis alone to get through these next few hours together
"Your doing so good baby" Louis encourages you as you close your eyes when another contraction ripples through your body making you squeeze the bed sheets slightly
"If you need to you can squeeze my hand" Louis offers you and you nod letting him know you heard him
"How far apart was that one?" You ask as Louis looks at the time
"About 6 minutes" Louis says making you groan in frustration because you knew that this was not going to be a quick labor
"Your going to be just fine sweets I promise you" Louis places a soft kiss on your forehead and lightly rubs your stomach
"Lou keep doing that please" you begged your husband as another contraction goes through your stomach. Louis massages your tummy lightly as you grip onto the bed tightly
You continued on like that for a few hours as the contractions went from 6 to 3 minutes and Louis never failed to be by your side to lend a helping hand through each and every one of them and for that you were more then grateful
"Okay Y/N your at 7 centimeters now, would you like to try the epidural to see if it will make you more comfortable?" Your doctors asks and all you do is nod because the pain was so intense to the point of where you couldn't speak
A couple minutes later the doctor returned with the biggest needle you had ever seen in your life. You were turned towards Louis as you grip onto his shoulders when you get the epidural and he grips onto your hips and slowly massages then when you feel the sting of the needle go into your skin
