Alex looks up at me as I walk up to him, causing me to smile.

"Ready to do for a ride?" I halter him and he looks around before I lead him out of the pasture and to the barn. "Let's get this off" I say as I take his blanket off. "I know it's cold, butttt we haven't rode in a bit!" I chuckle.
"Going on a ride?" Thorn walks up to me.
I nod with a smile while I Alec. "Yup, I'm gonna take him out into the big field and ride"
He nods. "Okay sounds good, I'll be hanging around"
"Don't freeze to death! It's forty degrees out" I chuckle.
He shrugs and kisses my forehead. "Don't be out there too long. We gotta get ready for tonight" he rubs my side.
I smile and hug him. "I won't, call me if you need anything! I should be back in ten minutes!" I pull back.
He nods. "Gotcha"
"I love you" I say softly.
"I love you too. Now go get riding! I'm fucking cold" he laughs.
I laugh along and quickly tack up Alec before getting on and off we go!
I cluck at him and kick, making him go full speed.

The cold wind hits my face, causing me to smile widely. "GO ALEC!" I laugh and he immediately spooks... I fly off the side of him and he bolts towards the house, leaving me on the ground, all scraped up and bleeding. Tears fill my eyes and I begin to scream in pain. "THORN!" I scream and hold my head. "MOM!"
My vision starts getting blurry, making me cry harder.
After what feels like hours of screaming, I hear running. "HURRICANE!" Thorn comes running full speed.
