This is freaking me out. Winter doesn't live with anyone and I doubt that her parents care about her. I went to the police earlier, but they said that it hasn't been 24 hours yet, so a missing person case can't be filed. On top of that, I'm not her blood-relative and nobody seemed to care about my complaints. What should I do? I'm really scared that something bad has already happened to her.
