GOBLIN (JENLISA)

CHAPTER 10

Lisa returns to her house. She clutches her chest right where the sword is. She has flashbacks of Jennie and her past. A voice intones that only the Goblin Bride will be able to remove the sword. 

Jisoo's POV

I saw Rosé coming towards me and we are at the bridge right now. She has a confused face.

"Why you haven't called me?"she asked me

"I will go home and call you right away"I answered

"Lets just forget about that and lets just go to a cafe"she offered to me

In the cafe we are so awkward so Rosé tried to break the silence.

"Are you going to talk to me"she asked

"Yes"I answered and stared at her

"Are you taking good care of my ring"she asked

"Yes the ring is fine"I answered

She laughs at my stilted conversation. I stared at her. I admits that I am mesmerized by her smile. She asked my name but I can't remember my name.

Jennie's POV

Seulgi is not happy to see my mini bar bill. I told her that I cleared the minibar for good cause. I asked her to cover the bill because I am broke but she has no money either

Flashback

As I walked home a ghost appears and asks a favor. The ghost want to restock the her fride in her door room. She is newly dead her mother will go to her dorm sooner.The ghost don't want to think she lived a Spartan existence.I restocked the fridge and tidies the room by getting all things in my mini bar. After that the ghost appeared and thanked me.

I lighted a ton of candles and opens the door to Lisa

"You don't need to summon because I am always by your side" Lisa told me

"Just come with me"she ordered

"Where are we going?" I asked her

"You are going to live with me in my house because you are the Goblin's Bride"Lisa answered

"Do you love me?" I asked her

"I love you"she replied

We arrived at Lisa's home and Jisoo greeted me after stating that it is garbage day. Jisoo and Lisa forgot the passcode of the house. They don't use the door when they enter the house.I turned around and they are gone. The front door opens and Lisa let me go inside.

Lisa offered me her room and she and Jisoo shared a room. I explored her room.I was pleased to find her leaf in a book she’s with ancient writing she can’t read. 

The next day I waked for my first day in Goblin’s house. I thinked the house feels lonely. I stoked about the food they cook. She shakes her head when Jisoo and Lisa float the knives in the air between them after breakfast. I quips this is why they can’t have hired help. 

Lisa's POV

Seulgi presented us with our phone. Jisoo chooses the black one while mine is blue.Jisoo creates a contact for Rosé. But calling the contact, that’s for another time.

I called Jennie and they go shopping together. She fills the cart and says she better stop because when she leaves the house, she doesn’t want too much to carry.

We returned home and Jennie finds her room decorated. She’s giddy with glee. I bragged I spent money and time putting the room together for her.

I put several snack trays together for Jennie while she’s studying her notes. After,Jennie returned the snack tray to the kitchen.

"I am delaying to pull the sword. I am afraid if I did it, you will no longer need me and kick  me out of the house"Jennie said

"Unless I’d be given $5M like I asked, things would be easier for me"

"That amount is too small I complained"

"That amount is too huge for poors like me" she countered

Jennie said that it was my fault that she can see ghost. We bicker and Jennie demands that I will fulfill her third birthday wish.

"What is it then" I asked

"A girlfriend" she demand

"I already fulfilled your wish" I answered

"Where is the person?" she asked

"Here in front of you,Im your girlfriend!" I replied

That stuns both of us into silence. Jisoo looks on as if we are children that need a scolding. 

Awkwardly we stand, stare, then run away to our their individual room.
