Hyunjin's time left in Korea, ten months.

~Seungmin~

I walked into class anxious and nervous. Today was the day Hyunjin I are going to present our song. I wasn't nervous because I thought our song wasn't ready or because I was singing with Hyunjin. I was nervous because I'm scared of performing in front of people.

The class only had fifty or so students but I was still nervous to the bone.

"Hey, are you ready?" I hear Hyunjin ask.

I pull away from my thoughts and bring myself back into reality. I realize that Hyunjin is in front of me waiting for me to respond. How did I not realize he was so close, too close. I take a step back and nod.

"ALRIGHT CLASS!~ Let's get started!" The teacher's voice booms throughout the room as he walks in.

"Sit next your partners, makes it more convenient." He says.

I quickly sit next to Jisung and Hyunjin sits next to me. Mr Jung calls out the first pair and the two girls make their way towards the front of the classroom.

Their song was... okay. I'm not an expert but I could tell they were lacking in emotion, however their lyrics were top tier. Judging by the look on Jisung and Jeongin's faces, they agreed.

Afterwards, partners continued to get called and perform until it was finally Jisung and Jeongin's turn. They were phenomenal!

Jisung was a great lyric writer and Jeongin's vocals really helped compliment them. Knowing Jisung, I knew he couldn't resist adding some subtle rapping. Even if it was only ten seconds.

After their performance, Hyunjin and I were called up. I stood up and followed Hyunjin to the front of the classroom.

"Hi! I'm Hwang Hyunjin and this is my partner Kim Seungmin and we have written a song called 'Maybe This Time', please enjoy~" Hyunjin introduced us.

a/n i'm not an experienced song writer and i did not write the song they are about to sing. i have 'borrowed' this song and pretended that they have written in it. i suggest listening to what it sound like so you can imagine them singing it. it is called 'Maybe This Time' by Sarah Geronimo.

I began to get completely nervous but when I looked at my friends they just smiled at me which gave me some confidence. Hyunjin counted us in and I began to sing.

Seungmin:

Hyunjin:

Two old sweethearts who fell apart

Somewhere long ago
