~Seungmin~

I arrived at the university later in the day instead of early in the morning because I had decided to skip music class. I didn't want to have an encounter with Hyunjin when others were around because I fear that I won't be able to control my emotions.

"You're lucky you got a few extra hours of sleep Seungmin, I'm fatigued!" Jisung groaned.

"How are you fatigued? You were only with Minho hyung last night." Jeongin scratched his head.

I burst out in laughter which made Jisung hit me playfully.

"Shut up... let's go eat." Jisung spoke.

"It's only ten-" Jeongin protested.

"I know, but I'm hungry." He explained.

At that point my phone started ringing. I ignored it since I knew who was calling.

"Aren't you going to answer that?" Jisung questioned after five minutes of constant ringing.

"No." I replied.

"Come on Seungmin, cut him some slack. He didn't know what to do." Jisung insisted.

"He could've told me." I sighed.

"Answer it hyung." Jeongin smiled.

I sighed again pulled my phone out of my pocket, I stared at the caller id:

I smiled a little after realizing that I had kept his contact name the same since highschool.

"Hello?"

"Seungmin! You answered! I was so worried, you didn't come to music today-"

"You don't have to worry remember."

"Seungmin-"

"Hyunjin just tell me what you want otherwise I'm hanging up."

"I just want to talk to you."

"You're talking to me now."

"I mean in person! Please Seungmin."

"...fine"

"Thank you Seungmin! Meet me at the overlook tonight at 6."

"I gotta go."

I hung up and shove my phone back into my pocket.

"Why are you smiling hyung?" Jeongin tilted his head.

"Am I not allowed to?" I giggled.

~Yujin~

I watched Hyunjin from afar as I listened to his conversation with Seungmin.

"Thank you Seungmin! Meet me at the overlook tonight at 6." He smiled ecstatically.

"Why can't he just love me?" I muttered.

This was my last chance to try and make Hyunjin mine, if it doesn't work - I'll leave him. I know Hyunjin will never love me but I'm willing to fight for the small chance that he might.

If my plan tonight doesn't work, I'll let him be happy with Seungmin.

~Hyunjin~

I waited for Seungmin at the overlook on top of the hill. The location was secluded and it was dark, the only light coming from the view of the city in front of me.

I waited until I hear footsteps behind me.

"Seungmin?" I called out.

I turned around and felt arms wrap around me.

"Seungmin is this you?" I asked, skeptical that I was possibly hugging some rando.

"I-I'm sorry." A feminine voice spoke.

"Yujin?" I pushed her back.

"Hyunjin... please love me." She cried.

"No Yujin, I love-" I protested but I was blinded by a sudden light.

Before I could see where the light was coming from, I was silenced my Yujin kissing me. I shoved her away, but the light had already disappeared.

"Yujin, I'm sorry-" I spoke.

"...I know." She sobbed.

She turned away and ran off.

~Yujin~

I saw Hyunjin standing at the over look waiting for Seungmin. I had to get the timing right. I watched as Seungmin got out of his urber at the parking lot and start making his way to Hyunjin. When I new he was getting close I walked over to Hyunjin and hugged him.

  "Seungmin is this you?" He asked.

It hurt me knowing that it was Seungmin he was waiting for.

  "I-I'm sorry." I stuttered with a sob.

  "Yujin?" He pushed me back.

  "Hyunjin... please love me." I cried.

  "No Yujin, I love-" He began, but that was when a light shone behind us and I forced my lips onto Hyunjin's.

He pushed me away as the light disappeared and the source ran away.

  "Yujin, I'm sorry-" He spoke. 

  "...I know." I sobbed as I ran off.

I knew that I had lost to Seungmin.

~Seungmin~

I walked up the hill after getting out of my uber. I used the flashlight from my phone to guide me as I walked.

I stopped a few metres from the overlook to see a silhouette. I shone the flash light in front of me to see Hyunjin with Yujin.

"I love-" Hyunjin spoke.

My heart broke as their lips connected.

I ran. I didn't care where I was going. I was in pain again.

Diagnosis: Heartbreak

Symptoms: numb feeling, excessive crying, clenching heart

Causes: Hwang Hyunjin

~Hyunjin~

I arrived home after waiting for Seungmin at the overlook for two hours.

I texted Jisung to ask where Seungmin was and why he didn't come.

hyunjin: why didn't seungmin come?

jisung: what do you mean? he left two hours ago to go see you

hyunjin: but he didn't come

jisung: oh my god Hyunjin, you're telling me seungmin's gone missing?!

hyunjin: ?!
