It was one hour until the performance night and I finally considered myself ready to leave. I had spent the entire afternoon trying to make my self look presentable. I don't know why the university decided to make the event formal even though they know we're a bunch of broke university students.

"Hyung, Channie's waiting for me downstairs. I'll see you there!" Jeongin called out as he shut the door behind him.

Now I was alone since Jisung had left two hours earlier with Minho for who knows what reason.

I decided to stall and wait a few more minutes since Younghoon said he would be waiting for me at quarter past.

After waiting a while , I finally received a message from Younghoon.

younghoon: sorry to keep you waiting, i'll be waiting for you at the carpark

I stood up and left my apartment, making my way down the building. As I walked through the lobby, I got a few stares from people since I was wearing such a fancy suit. For the first time ever I felt like I was over dressed instead of under dressed.

I walked out through the back doors of the building where the carpark was. I was surprised.

As I walked outside, there were two fancy cars waiting for me and standing next to each one was Hyunjin and Younghoon.

I stopped in my tracks and looked at the two boys in suits. They didn't really expect me to choose did they?

Why was Hyunjin here? I don't recall him asking me to be his date and if he did why would I accept? Younghoon was the one who asked me so I should obviously go with him-

-but why do I feel an urge to get in the car with Hyunjin?

"Seungmin." Younghoon called out, I looked up to him smiling at me.

I looked at Hyunjin and slowly walked towards Younghoon. It was what's right. Younghoon opened the door for me and I got inside. Soon we were driving off to the venue.

~Hyunjin~

"AAARRGGHHH!!" I screamed as I watched Younghoon drive off with Seungmin in his car.

I kicked the tire of my and groaned in frustration. I was supposed to be Seungmin's date for the night! Not stupid Younghoon.

I calmed myself before getting in my car and driving to the venue.

I arrived at the venue, it was a large hall filled with many freshmen like me. They were all dressed up, I guessed it was because of the 'prom' theme.

I find Minho and Chan who are breaking it down on the dance floor, not surprised - they're not even drunk yet. I get a drink from the drinks table and join my two hyungs on the dance floor.

It's been an hour or so into the night and knew that I should probably start preparing for my performance with Hyunjin. Speaking of Hyunjin, I hope things aren't awkward between us because of what happened earlier.

I try to find Younghoon to tell him that I'll be going backstage but I seem to have lost him. The last time I saw him, he was dancing it out with Kyu. Oh well, I'll find him later and I'm sure Kyu can handle him.
