Saturday Morning

'shucks i'm trapped'

It's been a whole week ng klase. Di naman nakakapagod, di naman. Lalo na kung may bwisit kang ka-partner sa Chemistry class , remember sa chapter 3-I mean last time in that class na katabi ko yung mokong na yun. Turns out we get to be partners for activities with our seatmates and I'm so lucky to be paired up with him-not.

Ugh ayoko na isipin yun, it gets in my nerves.

Time to refresh my mind to a fresh Saturday morning. I get up from my bed and open my windows and my eyes meet the bright morning sun outside, nagbanat ako ng buto at humikab. Not looking very lady-like but who cares.

Nagfreshen up muna ako and decided to for a walk sa labas with my dog Min Holly. Weird name, right?  But I love it!

I fetched my dog from his sleeping pen sa spare room namin just  right across my room.

"Aarff arrff"

My golden retriever greeted me with a bark and his wagging tail.

"Come on baby Holly, momma Mavy is gonna give  you a walk , sounds good?"

"Arrf!" He spinned round and round as I laughed at him.

"Good boy!Come on, let's go." Kinabit ko na yung tali niya and headed downstairs.

"Morning Nay magwa-walk lang po  kami ni Holly sa labas ah, ganda ng umaga eh!" Bungad ko kay Nay Minda na busy agad sa pagluluto ng umagahan.

"Ahh sige nak, diyan lang sa malapit ah , baka maligaw pa kayo sige ka di mo pa gamay tong lugar na to. At dalian nyo lang nagluluto ako ng agahan, paborito nyo. Bacon and eggs!"

"Opo Nay Minda!" Sinaluduhan ko muna siya at nagsuot na ng shoes.

Naglakad na kami palabas ni Holly, more like hinigit ako ng nagpupumiglas kong aso palabas ng gate. Atat lang? Haha weekends ko lang kasi siya naiwa-walk eh, pag may time ako. Minsan si kuya Miggs na nagwawalk kay Holly pag wala akong time pero wala si kuya today, may lakad daw siya sa business namin sa Batangas. I don't know what it is about yet, apart from the fact that we have a coffee farm business Abellardo's Kapiz' there.

I walk around admiring the entire place. Our quite subdivision early in the morning with only a few vehicles passing by.

The place around our house is quite nice actually. Many houses just as big as ours and marami padin na greenery, mga puno and halaman which is relaxing to me kasi I grew up sa probinsya as a kid, but ever since everything that has happened we ended up here in the city. I don't wanna think about what happened anymore, I'll just feel sad. And ruin my good mood this fine morning-oh nevermind mukhang maba-bad mood na naman ako neto...bakit?

I NEED TO RUN!

"HOLLY! No baby Holly stop!" Di ko namalayan nabitawan ko na pala yung tali niya.

He just kept on running. I don't want him to get lost so I run after him.

Good thing runner ako dati at nakasapatos ako.

He went straight ahead to the forest sa may left side ng subdivision, he was chasing after a stray cat. No wonder nagpumiglas siya, he likes cats, but he scares the shit out of them by running after them.

Nag-turn siya sa corner ng isang malaking puno. Nadapa pa tuloy ako kasi nag-untie yung shoelaces ko, so I ever so quickly deal with it and chase after him again.
