i have a question regarding lanterns. i hope it isn't too dragging or boring? i just really like to set the environment and atmosphere of my writing first, and really set out the personalities and characteristics before anything actually regarding to the plot happens. i hope that isn't a bit boring and dragging? please tell me if it is and if i need to improve the way i write better.

regarding setting the atmosphere and environment of the book,, do you feel anything? do you feel the atmosphere? is it easy to visualize the scenes? cause those two are my main goals when it comes to writing,, and i hope you feel something lmao
