"Come on, you got this"
A little while back you broke your arm on a hunt.
It had started to heal so you started physical therapy.
Dean had helped Sam with his broken bones so he was helping you too.
You had done a couple push ups and curls with a 3 pound weight.
"Ok ____ now I want you to do some pull ups"
"What!" You groaned.
"You heard me, I put a bar up in the doorway over there" he said while pointing.
You walked over, jumped up to it and held on.
A pain shot through the broken arm and you let go.
Dean flinched and "Try again babe"
You got back up and pulled yourself up once.
You went back down and tried to pull up again.
You made a small painful noise and kept trying to pull up.
Dean winced.
"Come on, you got this"
"I'm trying"
He walked over and put his hands on your waist.
"Here I'll help" He said while looking up at your face.
"One, two, three"
You pulled up and with his help you made it.
This went on a couple more times until you both got too tired.
"Thank you Dean"
"Anytime ____"
