"But I would sacrifice myself for you two."
You were sitting in a diner with Dean. It was a square table so you sat as close as you could to each other.
"What's bothering you ____?" Dean asked breaking the silence.
"Oh uh nothing big just you know, hunting worries"
"____"
He wasn't buying it but before he could say anything the waiter came to take your order.
You just ordered a coffee and small fries but Dean ordered a burger.
"First of all that was all you ordered and you are quiet. Your hands are clasped between your legs. You never do that when we are sitting together. So what is wrong?"
"I'm nervous all of the time. I don't want to die but I would sacrifice myself for you two. I don't want you or Sam to die. Again. It scares me. A-and"
You choked up and teared up but continued.
"Hunting. It isn't safe and things keep getting worse. I want to quit, live an apple pie life with you and Sam I- don't know what else to say."
"It's ok I know what you are feeling. I feel responsible for you and Sammy. It sucks but we can finish it. If we fight with all we have."
