i miss my old internet friends. the problem with having them is that you have a really big chance of losing contact and never being able to talk to them again.
i'm super lucky i'm still in contact with a few super old friends. i'll use code names, but uhh "zam" and "charlie".
i met charlie because i was teaching them how to draw and they invited me to a roleplay with zam and another old friend (who i lost contact with D:). i fought for the character alex with another person by naming memes and i eventually won because i was too stubborn to leave the chat. i had a super fun time roleplaying with them, and i kinda still love it! it's actually super fun most of the time ahaha. i'm just not in any fandoms rn so it's a bit hard.
eventually, we all sort of stopped roleplaying in that chat (the roleplay went on for a few months pretty steadily until we all stopped). we chatted in the chat room (lol) and eventually became super close friends. we called ourselves an rp family which meant that we would only roleplay with each other, which is kinda sweet in a really odd way i guess. i loved that time. i had so much fun, but now charlie, zam, and i all laugh about how cringey we were (zam is a year younger than me, and charlie is a year older. so zam was in sixth grade, i was in seventh, and charlie was in eighth). eventually we all left that fandom so we don't roleplay anymore (at least not with each other). but that's okay! i still keep in contact with most of those people and i love them so much. i hope one day i get to meet them or at least come close to it.
