*Beep beep beep*
There goes the alarm. You turn over and graon angrily, turning off your phone. You were never a morning person but that morning you got up immidietly. It was a new day at your new job down at Little tokyo, a sushi place down the corner. You didn't know much about making sushi but you sure did love it and you probably had the easiest job in that restaurant, a waitress. Sure it wasn't something big or fancy but it was easy... probably... hopefully. You were good with people. It took some time to get the social butterfly in me out but with a few rought times in my teenage years i had managed to over come my shyness. By your last year at secondary everyone knew your name. No you weren't the popular blonde guys would drool over but you were a charming, kind young woman listening to others and helping. That was always you. You could never be cruel to anyone no matter how hard you tried, it just wasn't in your nature.

You threw over the covers and got up. You grabbed your uniform and quickly walked to your bathroom. You looked at yourself in the mirror and smiled. In your mind you could only say "Omg!omg!omg!" You were so excited. Your bright smile made you look prettier than you already were. You took off your clothes and took a quick shower. Unfortunately you didn't have any soap. You forgot you hadn't bought any yet but at least you can say you took a shower. You felt fresh and you sprayed on some candy scented perfume you got from home. You always loved smelling like candy. You put on your uniform button by button and brushed your wavy long blonde hair. It was getting so long you forgot the last time you cut it. You put it up into a messy bun so it wouldn't get in your face or the food during the rest of your work day. You wouldn't want to mess up, you worked so hard to get here and luckily you had some experience as a waitress in the past. You washed your face and put on your daily makeup. Nothing too heavy though. Your skin was fair and clear so you only put on some concealer over the bags under your eyes, Some mascara and eyeliner over your shining beautiful blue eyes. A touch of blush and something to ever so slightly fill in your eyebrows and you're done. Oh and you couldn't forget a light coral lipgloss . Trying to look naturally beautiful, because you were naturally beautiful. You rushed out of the bathroom and looked at the time, 7.30 am, still 30 minutes until your shift so you went into your room and made your bed. You placed your pjs back in your wardrobe and just like that your room was clean. You went to the living room and tried to find something to clean but everywhere was perfectly clean. You were always slightly a neat freak, everything had to be in place but there was nowhere out of place. You looked at your clean living room disappointingly then turned to the clock hanging in the kitchen... 7.45, only 15 minutes had passed! You could start making your way but you'd make your way there pretty quickly, maybe a 5 minute walk since it was right around the corner. Better safe than sorry, you turned around and sighed. You put on your converse sneakers, they looked good with your uniform, took your phone in your pocket, grabbed your keys and closed the door behind you. You make your way down the stairs into the street, greeted by some fresh air. People passing by on the street, more than you'd ever seen back in (insert european country here). You finally arrive to Little Tokyo and open the glass door ready for whatever comes your way. Immidietly you're greeted by the aroma of wasabi and soy sauce and you get hungry. Your stomach growls lightly, you forgot to eat breakfast... oops! Someone pats your back, firmly and you snap back into reality.

"Yeesh someone slept in this morning" said a deep yet soothing voice, it was very familiar.. but from where? I turn around and the first thing i see is his eyes. Brown as chocolate but beautifully shining in the morning sun. I was locked in to his eyes somehow but when i managed to look away I gave him a good look up and down and i knew he looked familiar. He was that guy i saw on YouTube and my my... he looked much better in reality. His jawline was more defined and his eyes were so full of life. I was tounge-tied. It's not like I had met a celebrity but he had quite a small audience... well bigger than mine. I looked at him confused and in a stunned voice said, "Uhh excuse me?"
He grinned and replied with "Well your stomach's growling so I'm assuming you slept in and skipped breakfast"
I raised an eyebrow and said in a sarcastic tone, "Can you assume i served in world war 2 this morning so I can get a promotion?" we both looked at eachother and giggled. Then i realised i was at work, what was he doing here talking to me? I should find my manager.
I smiled still with a confusing look and said, "Hey i'd love to talk but it's kinda my first day at work" He cut you off and enthusiastically said, "I know that, (Y/N)"
You gasped in shock, how did the guy from YouTube know your name?
He looked at the shocked look on your face and realised he came off as a bit creepy.
"Oh I'm so sorry if that sounded creepy, I'm not a creep...well..."
He looked down and scratched his head obviously embarrassed,
You laughed just to break the ice and he said,
"I'm uh- I'm Mark, Mark Fischbach, I'm the waiting manager here so huh guess I'll be taking care of you while you start off".
Waiting manager? He looked so young to already be a manager around here.
I gave him that look like ooohhh and he sighed in relif
I put out my hand for him to shake.
"No point in saying my name again but nice to meet you" , i said with a grin
We shook hands and he led me behind the counter to start my training.
Off to a great start.
