The Vampire Girl's Revenge

Chapter 23

We made our way down to the dining room,when we got there I saw servants and maids getting the table set with food.

There was some sandwiches and cake, there were even drinks there so many foods you would have thought there was going to be a party. I saw Sydney at the other side of the room just watching silently,she occasionally went and helped the servants and maids.

I walked over to Sydney who now was with a man who looked so much like her except he didn't have his tail and ears out,that's when I knew who that person was it was Blake.

He was dressed with a turquoise shirt and black jeans and white loafers. He had the same hair color as Sydney and the same soft green eyes. He seemed to be talking with Sydney about something uncomfortable,probably his human form.

"Blake, is that you?" When I said that Blake seemed to freeze before slowly turning toward me. That's when I saw a purple bruise on his neck where Randy had strangled him the day before. Suddenly I was in his arms tears streaming down my face.

He seemed to be surprised by my sudden gesture but kindly returned it I felt embarrassed but also guilty as if this was all my fault. "I'm so sorry,Blake please forgive us,this wouldn't have happened if we had never been here." I felt myself being pulled away to look at Blake in his green eyes, he looked sad.

"Don't say that this is your all of your fault and it's not Randy's fault either,Sydney told me everything so don't cry anymore we also came here to have a nice lunch together as a family." He gave me a reassuring smile.

I wiped the tears from my face and laughed to myself I was more embarrassed than ever. Randy was soon next to me he and and Blake looked at each other before they both started to cry and holding each other close. I felt happy seeing them together they looked like two small boys who got into a fight but forgave each other.

I couldn't help but hug them both soon Sydney had joined the group hug we all stayed like that for a while before letting go of each other and making our way to the dining room table. As I sat down in the soft plush chair I felt relaxed like all my sorrows had gone away.

"Since we are all together again I would like to propose a toast." Blake had stood up and held up his glass of champagne. Me and Randy held our cups of blood and stood. "To the best friends that I've ever had." I said with a smile.

"Cheers to that." We all said unison, noticing what we had done we all laughed and took a sip of our drinks. We ate our food quietly occasionally we exchanged some jokes and laughed,but it seemed like their was tension in the room.

After lunch was over we cleaned up and said our goodbyes. We where to meet up later on today to have  get together and stay up and do some fun activities.

Meanwhile I had gone upstairs to go shower I changed into comfy pajama pants and a tank top. Randy had come by room to hang out we watched TV together on my bed with me laying down on his arm and him snuggling close to me.

We soon fell asleep to take a nap,but Randy had other plans that's when I was in his arms. We kissed and giggled with me next to him.

Our relationship was the best and I felt like we where the only ones in the world.
