Chapter 25

         ~Randy's P.O.V~

Today I've decided to meet my mother I haven't seen her ever since the incident with Cleo. I quietly slipped out of my room careful not to wake Cleo up,she's been slipping in my room more often not that I'm complaining I like keeping her as my company.

I got down to the kitchen and made my way down to the basement she stayed in,I got down I've never been in the basement before so I was surprised the room looked just like an apartment.

The walls were a blood red there was a couch with plush pillows on it. It looked like there was one room I didn't see inside because the door was closed there was also a kitchen. I suddenly felt someone's hand on my shoulder I was ready to grab the person's throat before I saw my mom her long hair in a ponytail.

So my son finally decided to come visit his mother she had that smirk,the smirk that said don't trust this woman she is crazy. "I didn't come to visit you I came to talk." My voice was icy she looked at me with what looked like amusement?! "Oh,well what did you come to talk about, Cleo's stupid parents that have been dead for nine years." I wasn't thinking before I had my hand around her throat and her pushed to the wall.

"Don't talk about her parents like that she is trying her best to find the assassin and you want to say stupid things...why do you even hate her parents?" I growled.

She smiled at me and looked at me with the same expression that made me feel sick to the bone. "The reason why I hate her parents is because she took something that was important to me,and that was Cleo's father." She choked out,I slowly let my grip  from her throat.

She sat down on the couch I sat on the odoman across from her. She was still rubbing at her neck but didn't look the slightest bit hurt. "I loved Max ever since we were children but then Anna came along and stole him from me. That's when not even three years passed and they were married I wanted to kill them both for hurting me,so I did and sided with Miko and killed them both."

Now this just went to far she had killed Cleo's parents I didn't see her as my mother I saw her as the monster she really was,I stood up but before I left I punched her in the jaw. I heard the crack I didn't even look back at my mother's shocked expression and stormed out of the basement.

When I walked into my room and saw Cleo still sleeping on my bed I went over to my bed and laid right next to her,she shifted toward me her eyes still looking groggy. "Randy are you ok?" Even though she was still tired I could see the concern in her eyes,"Just let me hold you,please." She looked confused but soon hid it with a smile and hugged me back. "Ok", she soon fell asleep in my arms all I could do was think to myself,I'm so sorry Cleo I will do everything I can to help you get your revenge trust me on that.
