Song: When the party's over by Billie Eilish

Once back home, I run into Gabe and slur my words from the anticipation that we could have a lead.

"Slow down and say that again." He shakes my shoulders.

"I found this." I heave, handing him the ring which he inspects. "I went back to the house."

He looks up at me for a moment before glancing at the ring. "Are you sure this couldn't be anyone's here?"

"You can check, but how could it be in my bedroom." I state and he nods.

"Let's look into it." He walks into my office and I follow him, closing the door. He sees the tapes still on the moniter and goes to the dreaded scene.

3:05:33 Gabe and I converse with the men, as they place bags over our family and friends faces. I remember my last look into her bright blue eyes befre they were covered. Gabe zooms the camera on their hands where we in fact see a black ring on every one of their hands.

"Try to fingerprint it and I'll make some calls." I order and he nods, pasuing the tape and I sit in my desk as he leaves. I make a few calls trying to figure out from other allies if they knew of a mafia with black rings with the words "blood rush".

I almost give up hope but my last call solves my issue, the Fallaci's answer after two short rings.

"Ah Cole Giomerillo, it is a pleasure and surprise to get this call." Their leader, Camilo answers.

"Thank you for picking up." I bluntly say, hoping he doesn't taunt my weakness.

"How are you doing brother? I worry about you." He says and I can tell it is sincere. He has his own girl and I know he will raise hell if someone touched her.

"I'm fine, I have a question." I want to get straight to the point.

"Shoot." He sighs.

"Do you know of any group that wears black rings that have 'blood rush' engraved in the inside?" I ask and at first the line is silent.

"Australians." He mutters. "They are ruthless, very sly as well. Are you suspecting they did the attack?"

"Yes, I found a ring at the house." I mention.

"Seems plausible, they are like roaches, sneak up on you and have never ending back up. I was hit by them a few years back." he explains.

"Where can I find them?" I grit my teeth.

"It's difficult to say but I can foreword you all my leads and my files from the years on them." He says and I bite my lip.

"Thank you, I owe you brother." I admit and hang up. Finally, I will show them. Baby, if you're there just know I will never let one of them have my mercy.
