You were the loner of the school. You stayed away from people, you sat alone and worked alone nearly 95% of the time, and you often dueled a computer. Today you were sitting on the open space of an open window when you heard rushed footsteps. "Hey! (Y/N)!"
You turned and saw Yuma, the energetic boy, running towards you. "I've never dueled you before! Can we duel during dueling period?" Yuma asked as you looked at him. "Why?" You asked as you hopped onto the ground. "Because! You're one of the only people I have never dueled!" Yuma explained.
You shook your head as Yuma perked. "That would just be a waste of your time, Yuma. Duel someone stronger than me." You said as you turned to walk away. "Are... you ok (Y/N)?" Yuma asked as he stepped forward. "Cause... I can be here for you. I promise."
You looked at the ground, not moving, as Yuma took another step. "I really hate seeing you alone with no friends. I REALLY want to be your friend! Really!" Yuma said as you turned around. "How about, instead of a duel, we'll skip dueling period and chat?" Yuma suggested.
You smiled a bit and gave Yuma a nod in agreement. "Sweet! Let's get outta here!" Yuma cheered as you both raced down the hall. You and Yuma both exited the school and went to the mall where fries, burgers, and chats replaced the dueling Yuma loved.
"So THAT'S why you dyed you're highlights black!"
"Woooow. You're quick Yuma."
"Was that sarcasm..?"
"Nope."
"Oh. Ok!"
