[Note: the timing for this is 2 days after 'Misunderstood' chapter so yea]

Taeyong
At Jaehyun's home

"Are you sure this will work?", the male stared at Jaehyun who had Doyong in his arms.

The 3 males were in the living room of Jaehyun's apartment.

"Of course!", Doyong said confidently. He gave Taeyong a reassuring smile and leaned closer towards his boyfriend.

Jaehyun smiled and wrapped his strong arms around Doyong lovingly and patted his head before giving his cheeks a small peck.

"Get a room you two...", Taeyong said as he sighed.

The couple have been very touchy the moment they sat down to tell Taeyong their plan to get him together with Ten.

"All you have to do is to ask him out for dinner and give him flowers.", Jaehyun said, ignoring Taeyong's remark.

"And then he will fall in love with you and ask you out, just like what you wanted.", Doyong added.

Taeyong had this monotone look in his face as he stared at the couple.

He couldn't help but feel jealous about the couple in front of him, he wanted it to be him and Ten together.

"But your idea sounds like something that comes from a romance novel, it's impossible! And what if Ten and his friend are actually dating? What if Ten only likes his friend but he's not gay? What if he's not gay at all? What if-"

"Enough! Jeez, if you're going to worry about things that are uncertain of, how are you even going to win Ten's heart?", Doyong rolled his eyes, annoyed at how Taeyong looked down on his plan he spent time to think up of.

"Just chill and carry the plan out~"

Xuxi:
Yo Taeyong, wanna hang out after my shift?

Taeyong:
Yea it better not be me third wheeling you and jungwoo again istg

Xuxi:
What? What are you talking about~~~

Taeyong:
You KNOW what I'm talking about okay? Remember that day when I asked me to hang out with you and jungwoo but you guys were making out in the bathroom? I waited 3 fucking hours for the both of you and you tell me that you went back him with jungwoo already you fuck

Xuxi:
You're still mad at that?

Taeyong:
SEE? YOU'RE NOT DENYING THAT YOU AND JUNGWOO FUCKED AND MADE ME WAIT

Xuxi:
We did not!

Xuxi:
So you wanna hang out or not?

Taeyong:
Fine! I'll meet you at your work place when you're done.

The sounds of twigs and dried leaf crushing filled Taeyong's ears as he strolled his way to meet up with his friend, Lucas.

He looked around the place, dreaming of the day he could hold Ten's hands confidently as the walked down the busy streets of Seoul city.

He dreamt of places where they could have dinner dates at, movies they would watch together, or maybe even just go shopping.

As he neared the café Lucas worked at, he saw a familiar figure.

For a second he thought it was Ten but when he squinted his eyes, it really was him.

To be sure, he walked closer but the closer he got, the more he could make out that Ten was not alone. He was hugging someone, someone who was far more taller then him and Ten, someone who had always been close to Ten, someone he saw as a rival.

It was Johnny.

And Ten was hugging him, his face buried into Johnny's strong chest.

Taeyong stood still at his spot, tears threatening to fall from his eyes. He knew that Ten and him were nothing more then friends but he couldn't help but feel sad.

Inside him, he felt a wave of jealousy, jealous that Johnny is the one Ten is closer to. Jealous that Johnny have been with Ten longer then him. Jealous at the fact what Ten could be dating Johnny and that The and him would never get together because of Johnny.

Taeyong saw that Ten had turned his head and now they were staring at each other.

They had a brief moment of eye contact before Taeyong shook his head. He refused to believe at what he saw, he refuse to believe that Johnny and Ten are dating and he was merely nothing to Ten.

He dashed away, tears already staining his perfect face.

He didn't knew where he was going but he definitely know that he's going far away from what he saw.

He ran and ran until he felt like his lungs were going to give up on him and then stopped.

He looked around, trees and flowers decorated the scenery, people were either walking or cycling or jogging or running. Some were walking their dogs while others were chatting with someone by their side.

After a while, Taeyong could briefly see that he was in a park. He walked a few more steps and found an empty bench.

Tired, he took a seat and sighed out loudly.

'He's not even yours and you're behaving this way, Taeyong ah.', the male thought to himself.

'To think you can make him fall for you, to think he would choose you over his friend. What am I even to him? A mere friend or even, a classmate.'

More and more tears streamed down his face as he sat there in silence, his face already buried in his palms, soaking them in his salty tears.

"What's wrong?", he heard a soft voice beside him.

He looked to his side to see that Jungwoo was sitting right beside him, a shade of worry painted his face.

The male quickly dried his tears onto his shirt and sniffed.

"Nothing.", he smiled.

A fake smile.

Jungwoo only looked at him with a more worried expression and gave him a worried smile.

"You can tell me anything, but I don't think you would. Not right now at least. But that's okay, if you need time to breathe I'll leave you alone and I'll tell Lucas that you're not feeling well.", Jungwoo said as he patted Taeyong's back.

Taeyong only smiled weakly and thanked him softly.

"How and why are you here, Jungwoo ah?", Taeyong asked with hicked voice, the aftereffects of crying.

"I was on my way to the café and then I spotted you."

"Ah.. I see... Well I don't want to hold you back any longer, and sorry that I can't come with you and Lucas."

"It's okay, just go back home and rest."

Taeyong nodded his head and watch Jungwoo walking away from him.

He sighed and sniffed his nose again.

The male then sat there for a solid few minutes before deciding to go back home.
