Johnny stumbled through the front door, clutching his side in sheer agony with each step he took. White hot pain was all he could feel, wave after wave after wave of pain. He slowly and shakily walked through the house, each step bringing more and more pain than the last. Finally, he reached the phone. Quickly dialing his boss's number and shakily holding it against his ear, he hoped he would answer. To Johnny's luck, his boss answered on the other end.

"Hello?" He questioned, slight annoyance in his tone. Johnny took in a shaky breathe before he spoke.

"H-hi boss, it's Johnny. I was j-just going to tell you I'm not coming in to work t-today. I ain't feeling too hot and I don't wanna get a-anyone else sick if I am." He explained, hoping he didn't annoy his boss and give his coworkers a hard time while he was away.

"That's quiet alright, you don't sound too good there, Johnny. I'll see you when you're better, take care now." His boss, Adam said, his British accent thick as he spoke. Johnny thanked him with a smile before he hung up, by now the pain was pushing past 10 on the scale of 0-10.

At this point and time he was too distracted to drive without crashing and hurting other people in the process. Johnny quickly made the decision to call the Dx in hope someone would drive him to the hospital, the feeling he had earlier wasn't just a hunch now. Again, he quickly dialed the number to the Dx and held it against his ear, hunching over as another wave of pain took it's affect.

The phone rang for what seemed like forever and to Johnny's horror, no one answered. He groaned in pain, wracking his brain for anyone else he could call. Then it hit him, the Curtis's! Johnny held the phone to his ear, silently praying for someone to answer.

"Ya?" It was Dally! Johnny felt relieved to finally get an answer.

"H-Hey Dally. I need ya to drive me to the hospital s-s-something ain't right." He said, his voice shaking. At that moment he didn't care if he sounded like a wimp or if he didn't sound tough, he was in too much pain to focus on much else. He only wanted the pain stop before he went mad.

"Ok. Hold on, I'm coming to pick you up now." Before he could answer, the line went dead, signaling Dally hung up. Johnny slowly placed the phone back in it's place and hobbled over towards the couch. He groaned as he sat down, the sharp pain seeming to worsen by the millisecond now.

'Please hurry...' Johnny thought, he groaned loudly as another wave of pain took over. Sweat began accumulating from the level of pain.

                               ••••••••••••

Dally pulled up in front of Johnny's house and rushed inside, not bothering to lock the car just to unlock it minutes later. He walked up the steps and through the front door, his eyes widened at the sight before him. Johnny was pale, hunched over and grabbing his side while groaning in pain. Dallas immediately rushed to his side and shook him lightly by the shoulders, cautious not to aggravate Johnny's condition.

"Johnny, man, what's wrong?!" Johnny opened his mouth to speak but groaned when he felt another intense wave of pain shot through his side. He couldn't even describe what it felt like, it was a pain you'd have to feel before to know how he felt. He shakily wiped his forehead and looked up at Dally with squinted eyes.

"D-Dally...y-you need to take me to the hospital...NOW!" He yelled, more waves of pain consuming him. His voice shook from the level of it. Dally nodded his head violently before helping Johnny to his feet. As he did, Johnny gasped sharply and gripped his side harder and leaned onto a Dally as if his legs were jelly, his eyes glossed. He begged them not to fall, not in front of Dally. If it was anyone else they'd be falling already, but this was Dally. He looked up to Dally too much to cry.

"Easy man, just take it slow." Dally said, his voice was softer than usual, but that was understandable. Dally slung Johnny's arm over his shoulder as he wrapped his other arm around Johnny's waist, slowly guiding Johnny out of the house to Buck's T-Bird. As he talked his New York accent thickened, nervousness was to blame.

••••••••••••

The two boys pulled up at the entrance doors and parked, Dallas first got out and walked over to Johnny's side. He opened the door and slowly walked Johnny in through the doors.

"I need some help here!" Dally's voice boomed throughout the room, instantly gaining the attention of a nurse. Her hazel eyes widened at the sight of Johnny and ran to them with a stretcher. Without words Johnny was set onto the stretcher, the sudden shift caused him to yell in pain. They wheeled him off, his groans of pain getting fainter and fainter the farther they were.

Dallas stood there until Johnny couldn't be seen before he walked out and parked the T-Bird. He walked in and made a bee line over to the phones. Dally quickly dialed and waited, as the phone rang he knew there was going to be a lot of explaining to do. He just hoped this would be the only thing happening at the moment.
