Undercover

Chapter 9

*1 year later*

It was Easter morning Bucky was in the shower while Bella got Ellie ready for Easter dinner with Winnie and James. She got her dress on her and put her dark hair in a little ponytail and said "Ok baby you sit right here mama has to go potty so you sit here and watch your show baby here's your milk" as she hands her sippy cup to her. 

She ran to the bathroom for the 5th time that morning since she's been up and then she felt sick as she got up from peeing and she threw up just as Bucky came into the bedroom he heard her in the other bathroom. He said "Ellie you stay on mama and daddy's bed ok." and he went into the other bathroom and he said "Baby you alright." 

"Um Buck..I um I think that I'm pregnant again." she said as she walked out.

"But we agreed to wait a little while longer didn't you go get your shot?' he said

"Yeah I did you took me to the appointment." she said as they went back in their room. 

Bucky sat on the bed and  bent over to get his shoes on and then saw unopened box of condoms under the bed. "Oh god.." he said as he pulled them out and he said "Bella this hasn't been opened." 

"Uh oh." she said 

He swallowed hard and said "They were shoved in between the bed and my nightstand to keep her out of them." 

"We will pick up a test on the way home baby maybe it's nothing." she said

"Yeah" he said as he finished tying his shoes.

They grabbed Ellie and her diaper bag and then loaded up in Bella's car and headed to Brooklyn to go to his parents house for Easter dinner. Bella got sick a few more times even though she was starving and then they picked up a test on their way back to the city. When she got home he took Ellie and got her changed out of her Easter dress and put her in some comfy clothes while Bella was in their bathroom taking the test. 

They had agreed after a few months of having Ellie that maybe wait till she was 2 to have another one. She was pacing and he laid Ellie down for a nap and he came into the bathroom and he said "Has the results showed up yet." 

"Not yet." she said as she paced their master bathroom and he stopped her and he said "Baby stop if you are stressing out isn't going to help us any." 

Then her watched beeped and she took a deep breathe and she swallowed hard and said "I'm pregnant" as she read the results and he moved her hair back and said "Ok..well um we can do this again it's not a big deal right." 

"Yeah just that Ellie is 13 months old and this one will be born in December cause my last period was in March the week of your birthday so that's in 8 months. So we will have Christmas and a newborn." she said

"Baby breathe." he said 

She looked up at him and he said "It's ok baby we wanted more maybe not like this but it's ok." 

The next morning she called her doctor and made an appointment that was going to be in two weeks. She took Ellie to daycare and then they went work together. That night she started to look around for a bigger brownstone cause she knew that they were going to need a bigger one.

He came in and said "What are you doing?'

"We need a bigger place Buck we can't live in a 2 bedroom brownstone forever." she said

"I know. Um how would feel about living in Brooklyn like by mom and dad's." he said as he looked up at her as he laid beside her.

"What do you mean." she said 

"I own the house beside them. It was my grandparents house they left to me we could move in there and um maybe just maybe be regular undercover cops for the Brooklyn PD." he said

"I think I might like that better Buck.." she said

"Me too I know people we can talk to over there." he said 

He made some phone calls and they started to make a new plan for the next chapter of their lives in Brooklyn. He called his parents and asked them to help get that house ready but he wouldn't tell them why till after her doctor's appointment that was two weeks away.
