It's the month of Halloween, which means lots of spooky, fun and unimaginable things happening. Retold is inviting you to the biggest ball and it's time for you Retellers to scare us to our wits.
Ball Gone Wrong
A Halloween ball was thrown and everyone you know is invited. Now think about your favorite fairytale character or someone that's not fairytale. He/she stumbles upon a magical item that transported them to the world of monsters where humans get eaten.
So how would your character survive?
How would they find a way home, or would they get stuck in the monster world forever?

In 500-600 words, tell us your story. Deadline is on 7th November, 2018 at 11:59pm EST, and the winner will be announced on the first week of December. All stories must have the tags #HalloweenVault #Retold for it to be eligible.
