Love Is A Weakness

Chapter 24

Since the day Taehyung and Yoongi had broken up the two didn't do anything of it. They were both were broken but were too busy with their own personal business to do anything.

Lately, Taehyung had been having nightmares of people drowning and he would wake up breathing heavily seeing his eyes turn dark blue and back again in the mirror. He would slide down the door and start sobbing.

"What the hell is happening..?" He cried and then he heard a knock on his door.

"Tae? It's me Namjoon hyung and Baek hyung." Namjoon called out through the door.

Taehyung just wiped his eyes and quickly opened the door jumping on his bed as his brothers came in. "Hey, Tae.. you have been acting weird lately. You okay?" Namjoon worried. "I bet that boyfriend of his would protect him, joon." Baekhyung assumed and the younger's heart started beating at the mention of his name. Tears fell down his face as he clenched his fists together.

"Hey, why you crying?" Baekhyun asked getting a bit worried now and Taehyung wiped his tears with the back of his hands. "It's nothing, hyungs. What did you guys need?" He asked avoiding the question. "Do you wanan go out with the rest of the guys at the cafe?" Namjoon asked, "They all want to meet Baek." He added and Taehyung sighed knowing Yoongi- hyung would be there.

"Okay, hyungs." The younger accepted knowing his hyungs would be skeptical if he didn't accept since he loved that cafe.

"Great! We'll meet there at 5. I'll get you later, right now I'm going to Jin's for a bit." Namjoon explained saying goodbye walking out of the house.

The younger laid on his back looking up at the ceiling sighing heavily. "You are lying, Tae." Baekhyun spoke scaring his little brother a bit. "Hyung, why are you still here?" Taehyung complained and whined. "Cause, I know something's up. Now, was it Yoongi?" The older asked and the younger froze.

Tears fell out of his eyes at the mention of his name and this time he didn't even bother to wipe them away. The room filled with Taehyung's sobs as the older just listened and his heart clenched at the sight of his little brother breaking over a boy. Which was a fire kid.

He was gonna kill him.

"H-he told us we should take a break, h-hyung. But, everyone s-says that and i-it always ends b-badly..." The younger stuttered out with sobs still filling the air and he still clenched his fists even harder.

"W-we drifted apart.. b-but it hurt knowing he was talking to h-his ex while I was struggling with f-family..." Taehyung added wiping his tears with the back of his hands.

Finally, Baekhyun got up and put his little brother on his lap hugging him tightly and comforting him.

"You're gonna be fine, Tae.." Baekhyun rubbed his back soothingly. "Baek, it's not. I love him so much! I love him so so much that I can't live with this!" Taehyung screamed out hitting the back of the older's but the older let him do it knowing full well his brother was breaking.

The younger pulled away and the older looked where he was looking. The younger's eyes had turned blue and the older saw it.

That's when the younger opened his hands showing cuts from clenching his fingernails on the palms.

The older inspected them as the burn his finger a bit. This wasn't normal. His water powers were burning people at how cold they are and hot they are. The younger didn't seem normal either. All the tears dried up on his face and all you could see was a blank face with dark blue eyes.

"T-tae?"

"H-hyung.."

His eyes were flashing from dark blue to their normal color and the older knew exactly what was happening.

"Love changes people. But, it could also change them for the worst."
