Chapter 12 "Put some trousers on"

     Tonight has officially come to an end. My heart was pounding, I felt like little kids were running around my stomach, happiness has obviously taken over my whole body. We started walking back to my car, he took my hand and held it tightly as we walked to the parking lot, his touch on my hand was making me shiver, making me wonder why it's taken both of us so long to admit our feelings towards each other. As we got to my car, he motioned me to give him my keys.

"What?", I asked confused.

"I'm not going to let my girlfriend drive, while I just observe the little kids running on the pavements", he chuckled, "Now give me the keys".

"Yea but what about your car? We can't just leave it here", I said as I handed him my keys.

"Louis drove me here", He winked as he took the keys out of my hand.

"You've got it all planned out, huh?", I rolled my eyes and chuckled.

He just smiled and opened the door for me, I went into the passenger seat and he quickly went to the other side of the car and into the driver's seat. I looked over at him while he started the engine and drove off, I couldn't help but smile, the guy I've been in love with for a whole year is now the guy that I can call mine, he looked over at me and gave a smile back, "What?", he asked. "Nothing", I shrugged it off with a smile, layed my head back and continued looking at the road, in a few short minutes we were parked into my drive way, we both got out and walked to my front door.

"I had the most fun tonight", he said as he grabbed my waist and pulled me closer to his body.

"Looks like you're ending the night?", I pouted and tilted my head to the side. "You do know that some days I wake up in the morning to see you and the guys already in my kitchen having breakfast because you're out food", I laughed, "You can come in".

"I know, we literally live here, don't we?", He frowned and chuckled. "But I want this to be special, just an amazing date where I drop you off and kiss you goodnight", He leaned over just so our foreheads were touching, I could feel his warm breath on my lips, he gently put a hand on my cheek and the other still on my waist and slowly closed the gap between our lips, it was a gentle long peck but was passionate enough to send shivers throughout my whole body, we broke off, our foreheads still leaned on one another, he looked me in the eyes with a smile, "Goodnight, beautiful", he whispered, kissed my temple and walked off.

"At least let me drive you home", I whined. He turned on his heels, walked a few steps back towards me, "It's a 10 minute walk, love", he pecked me on the lips again and walked off, this time for good. 

I opened my front door and walked into the house, it looks so empty and lonely, I've never stayed here alone, it's kind of creepy if I might add, I quivered and ran upstairs, straight to my room, I changed into some comfy pajamas and layed on my bed, it was about 11:30 and I was nowhere near sleeping so I decided to call Ella, I picked up my phone and dialled her number, waited for a few rings but was about to hang up thinking she was asleep when she picked up,

"Hello?", the person on the other end answered.

"Ella", I shouted into the phone, "Did I wake you up?"

"Nope", she said, popping the 'p', "I was watching a movie actually, what's up?"

"You are never going to believe what happened tonight ....."

I woke up the next morning to the sun light that was filling my bedroom, I slowly opened my eyes trying to adjust the light when I heard noise from downstairs, I picked up my phone that was lieing on my nightstand and looked at the clock, it was already 10:45, I got out of bed and into the bathroom, brushed my teeth and re-did my bun, still looking messy but I didn't care, I yawned as I walked out, taking my way downstairs, the voices getting louder with each step I'm taking.
