I slowly stood up from my position on the floor.

Shame. It was pretty comfortable, too.

But still-- how did she know I was on the floor? Can she see me?

I mean, she did say that she could know everything about me, so maybe it's a... Habit?

Goodness no!

Why in the world would it be my habit to sit or lay on the floor? If that were to be factual, someone would've pointed it out by now.

"This is so frustrating!" I whined with anger, pulling at the strands of hair I could reach.

How would anyone even survive here?! It's practically hell!

Wait... What?

Hell! And the frustration! It all makes sense now!

I jumped up out of excitement of this new theory. "A hell simulation! Ah! I should've thought of that--"

Again, I cut myself off.

If this were a simulation, where am I now? How did I get here? Was the note part of this?

"Ugh!" I'm starting to get annoyed of this. There are so many 'plot holes', if you could say, to this whole simulation hypothesis!

"Wait... Wait, wait, wait--" Thinking out loud, one of my most annoying traits. Maybe this is the simulation, It's not hell, it's just makes it feel enough like hell as to where you are literally driven into insanity.

"But that's called a simulation, Skye."

Damn you, voice in my head.

"But I'm not the voice in your head." The tone, rhythm, everything about what I heard changed.

"Holy fuck!" I exclaimed as I turned around to see Eloise, leaning on her cane. She doesn't even have a limp, what the actual--

"Tsk, tsk. Watch your words, dearest." She said smugly, walking around me in a circle.

Goddamn, I'm dizzy-- I'm so tired.

I heard her sly chuckle behind my shoulder as she leaned in closer,

My body stiffened, I could practically feel her...Aura.

An uncomfortable pause hangs above us.

She had a concerned look on her face, "You must be exhausted." But her emotion changed without reason.

What. Is. Happening.
