Tae came out of his room to find me already dressed. Since it was pretty cold, I wore a black turtleneck and leggings. Tae was wearing a white shirt with his denim jacket and jeans.

He looked hot.

I really needed to accept the fact that he was mine. It was hard. What with me pining after him for so long that this felt like it was more of a dream than reality.

"Amy?"

"Yeah?"

"You are staring..."

"It's because I like what I see..." I shrugged as I finished my pancakes.

"Oooo..." he said wrapping his arms around my waist. "Girl, you are really feisty.... I really like that about you."

"Is that all you like about me?" I asked turning around to face him, his hands resting against my lower back now.

"Hmm... That is a difficult question to answer... So I will answer it after we come back from our date..."

"You are pushing everything for after the date..." I said pouting.

He just laughed and pulled me out of the apartment. A smile crept on my face at his laughter.

It was hard to resist him like this. When he was happy beyond words, when his eyes disappeared into his face and his head was thrown back.

He noticed me looking at him and I turned around letting my hair cover my blushing face.

It was spring and the cherry blossoms were in full blossom. They were starting to shed and it made this moment surreal.

Tae had once asked me what I would like to do on my first date and I had mentioned that I would like to walk under the cherry blossoms.

It was unreal that all this had happened right at this moment. As if the universe wanted us to get together at this moment. Like this... There were no words to describe what I was feeling...

And it didn't help the fact that my cheeks were still blushing as thoughts rushed through my mind.

I felt him stop and looked up to find him right in front of me. He was smiling as his hands came and rested against my cheeks before they went up and pushed my hair back.

"Tae?" I asked my cheeks reddening further.

"Don't cover your face. You look pretty like this. With your cheeks flushed like this." he said, his face moving towards my ears as he whispered, "It makes me wonder what all things I can do to make you blush like that."

"T... Tae!!"

He kissed my cheek before leaning forward and kissing my forehead, my cheeks, my nose...

"Why do you do that?" I asked.

"Hm...?" he questioned without moving away from me.

"You kissed me all over my face earlier... I mean... I don't mind it... Not at all, but I wonder."

"It's because your face is so pretty and I have imagined kissing it time and time again and this feels like a dream and I don't ever want to get up." he said leaning forward and staring at my eyes, his breath brushing against my lips.

I sighed and he pulled me forward, our lips touching ever so slightly. I moved forward but he moved back.

"Tae... I will beat you. I swear to God..."

He chuckled before kissing me properly. I smiled into the kiss and pulled back to look at his face.

He smiled and took my hand in his as we walked along the long stretch of cherry blossoms.

I picked a petal that had landed on his head, and put it in my wallet. He raised his eyebrows, but didn't say anything.

We walked and walked, like this moment was all we had and we didn't want it to end.

He pulled out his earphones somewhere along the line and gave one to me. He played some of his favorite songs, smiling at me.

I had never seen him so happy. It almost made me feel guilty for not acting on my crush before. Maybe he could have been happy like this earlier, if I told him before.

Nonetheless, he was happy and so was  I. He led me to our favorite Korean restaurant, Mr. Min smiling at us before leading us to our favorite table.

We ordered and soon enough the food came. We spoke about nothing and everything. Tae even fed me a piece of meat that he was grilling.

Things were perfect, and I was almost sad that our date was coming to an end, as we walked back to our apartment.

"Hey... Don't look so sad..." Tae said when my frown got deeper as we neared the apartment.

"I am not. I just don't want our date to end." I said looking at him.

"Who said it was ending? I have a perfect evening and an exciting night planned out for you." He said winking.

I gasped at him, my cheeks betraying me as they reddened, and I hit his shoulder. We were standing in front of our apartment as Tae jiggled with the keys.

"What!?! Get your head out of the gutter Amelia. I meant stargazing on the rooftop. I... What were you even thinking? Your cheeks look so red!" he said poking at them while smirking at me.

"Shut up." I muttered, pushing his hand away and walking towards the sofa.

"I am dating a pervert!" he said chuckling, following me there.

"Taehyung. I will seriously kill you!" I said getting up. He took one look at me before dashing into the kitchen.

"Ahhhhh!!!!"

"You can't escape my wrath!!" I yelled, a small chuckle escaping my mouth as I ran around the house trying to get to him.

It felt like old times but we were making new memories. Life couldn't get better than this.
