Narrator's Intro to Book~
Lee Hyun-Ae has never had any friends, and had almost no connection to her family. She's never had a social life. Her sophomore class barely knows she exists; She likes to stay invisible, anyways.
Every day after school, instead of going straight home, she walks one fourth of a mile to a scenic area. She likes to watch the wildlife by a certain tree by a certain waterfall. It's like her second home. She's never consider friends, or a boy friend for that matter.
